    The growth of fungi can be influenced by nutrients is in the environment, With the additional two kinds of nutrients from sugar plant waste of molasses, and waste of the pepaya taken the filtrate. Both of these wastes contain sugar which is needed by fungal microorganisms to grow and reproduce. The fungus Aspergillus niger, Hansenulla sp, Trichoderma viride, and Candida sp have a synergy interaction in a media. This study aims to learn in the growth of fungal cell populations as cell masses in potato dextrose media with the addition of two kinds of nutrients. The method used in this study was a two-population mean test with 2 treatments, namely the first treatment with the addition of sugarcane drops, and the next with the addition of papaya fruit filtrate, consisting of 11 replications, with incubation for 3 days. Using method of qualitative descriptive is the parameter of smell and taste. Quantitative descriptive parameters are temperature and turbidity, TDS, conductivity, pH, DO and coliform. To accelerate chicken growth, addition of Antibiotic Growth Promoter (AGP) was added to the beverage. This study aims to analyze the effect of monensin antibiotic administration on weight gain. The research method uses a Completely Randomized Design (CRD), consisting of 4 treatments and 6 replications.     Rhizosfer tanaman Leguminosae banyak ditumbuhi bakteri, salah satunya adalah genus Bacillus yang merupakan Plant Growth Promoting Bacteria yang bermanfaat bagi tumbuhan, di antaranya karena kemampuannya dalam melarutkan fosfat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan isolat Bacillus sp. dari rhizosfer tanaman Leguminosae yang memiliki kemampuan melarutkan fosfat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan isolasi bakteri, karakterisasi koloni, pewarnaan Gram, pewarnaan endospora, uji katalase, dan uji kelarutan fosfat. Metode isolasi yang digunakan dengan metode pour plate dan untuk pengujian bakteri pelarut fosfat menggunakan media Pikovskaya.     Rhizosphere bacteria are soil microbes that can be isolated from the rhizosphere of strawberry plants (Fragaria sp). Rhizosphere bacteria are included in the group of antagonistic microbes which have the potential to inhibit the growth of the pathogenic fusarium sp fungi that infect plants that cause fusarium wilt in the roots of strawberry plants. This study aims to determine the diversity index of rhizosphere bacteria isolated from strawberry plants which are antagonistic to Fusarium sp. This study uses descriptive and experimental methods. The results of the analysis of the diversity of rhizosphere bacteria have a diversity index value of 1.35.     Aquatic fertility in biofloc ponds is very dependent on the presence of plankton, an organism that lives floating in aquatic ponds and plays an important role as a source of natural food. This research aim to analyze the abundance and diversity of plankton in biofloc pools fed with probiotics. This study uses survey methods in the form of observations, measurement of water parameters, plankton sampling in biofloc ponds that have been given probiotic treatment at a dose that has been determined by the farmer at a depth of 1m biofloc pool with a diameter of 2m. The statistical analyzed used is the T test to diversity differences in plankton abundance between morning, afternoon and evening. The results obtained as many as 10 genus of phytoplankton and 26 genus of phytoplankton, namely Class 6 Cyanophyceae genus including Synechococcus, Oscilatoria, Choococcus, Spirulina, Microcystis, Scytonema.
