Many property owners facing this challenge do not have a clear overview of their building portfolio and do not know where and how to start refurbishment work on their existing buildings, nor do they have basic tools to help them in the strategic planning phase. A very simple and transparent digital tool has been developed by the HES-SO /HEPIA, Geneva, on behalf of a communal real estate foundation of the town of Versoix in the canton of Geneva (Switzerland) to give its board a clear vision on the Foundation real estate assets and help it to define intervention priorities amongst its building. The main concept within the chosen risk management approach is to address specific targeted stakeholders involved in CO2 reduction initiatives at local level in City management. The project approach is to put forward climate risk analysis in modeling and simulation activities on daily operational issues at local level. The first key feature of climate change is that CO2 is a global pollutant, rather than a local pollutant but that can be locally contained. First proposals explaining the high interest to couple the use of computerized gaming with climate change risks are reported back in 1980. They put forward the potentiality of gamming in obtaining a broader spectrum of behavioral responses than a model builder can conveniently assume. A gaming approach of the climate risks will allow a broader view of behavioral responses by stakeholders in order to address the strategic decision-making aspects of the CO2 debate. To set the gaming actors in motion on climate change issues, UNEP created the Green Game Jam initiative in 2021, to empower millions to play for the planet. Today, the video games industry is involved and committed to take action in response to the climate crisis. The Pentagon included the risk of climate change in their simulations and gaming. An existing similar initiative financed by the EU fund CORDIS was launched in 2018 with similar approaches like tackling the energy inefficiency of public buildings with the help of a mobile game to educate and change behavior. Its simulation draws on real data to demonstrate the human aspects of building use, such as ingrained attitudes and the pursuit of comfort. This paper describes the goal of creating a physical computing game, and concentrates on the specific elements of the software engine.

Developed on a Excel basis, totally transparent and of simple use, the steering tool allows to set priorities for renovation intervention according to criteria of condition (obsolescence of the structure, envelope and technical installations, energy consumption and economic performance) and potential (suitability for renovation, densification potential, suitability for energy transition, solar potential and occupant management). The tool then proposes four strategic options (energy, ease of intervention, efficiency, obsolescence), which can be weighted to best correspond to each owner's specific priorities, and finally a list of priorities for intervention at the scale of the building stock studied.

This forum was devoted to the link between Sustainable development. information technology. At the 3 et 4 february 2005 at Valenciennes (France), it brought together 400 participants, and 115 speakers (from 20 countries) who were able to study at ICT21 the points of convergence between two proactive groups on the evolution of the information society. Projects have been developed, the first networks defined. Conclusions can be drawn: 1. The need to deepen the subject on all its components, a forum made it possible to define issues and means, but not an exhaustive inventory and even less a strategy of actors. This was a first confrontation. 2. Intuition on the main themes was just in terms of priorities: citizens' access to information towards collective decision-making, ecological and health impacts. 3. There is a considerable lack of use of information technology for the implementation of sustainable development, and insufficient training of actors. 4. The values of sustainable development are not - or very little - accepted or understood by the information society and especially in the context of the world summits of 2005 (Bilbao, Prepcom, Tunis ...). 5. An international vision is needed, both to define strategies and to exchange directly transferable experiences. Access continues to be a problem. 6. Environmental and health impacts can be very serious if we do not take into account errors in the deployment of past technologies: waste, energy, packaging, water, resources ... 7. Many cultural and social illusions are to be denounced, especially on the real consequences of improving working conditions. 8. Tools are vulnerable - so stressful - and put the user in an abundance (of information) while he was trained in managing the shortage. There are real public health risks. 9. The country is not always the best territory for intervention, local authorities must play their full role, in particular because of their knowledge of the citizens I personally intervened in the workshop 3.7 "ICT for the control of energy and the development of territories"

The book deals with the encounter between supporters of degrowth and those of the new value critic, which allows to glimpse new ways to address a socio-ecological criticism of the capitalist economy. The book relates the meeting between Serge Latouche and Anselm Jappe. The first is one of the main theorists of the degrowth in economics. The second, by a new anti-productivist critical reading of Marx's work, in the current of the "New Criticism of Value", advocates the abolition of money and the end of work. The contribution of the critique of value allows the decline to go beyond a project of resistance to capitalism to consider a real exit from the economic system. The dialogue between degrowth and the critics of value is thus beginning and full of expectatives.

The screening took place in Geneva at the Motor Forces Building on Saturday, October 14, 2017 as part of the 100 years of the Russian Revolution, there were 500 spectators. The week before, the cinema-concert was screened at EPFL's Rolex aula in Lausanne with 400 spectators.
Conclusions can be drawn:
9. The country is not always the best territory for intervention, local authorities must play their full role, in particular because of their knowledge of the citizens
I personally intervened in the workshop 3.7 "ICT for the control of energy and the development of territories"
Presentation of the research paper in ecotoxicology for the postgraduate cycle Environment 1989-1991 at the federal polytecnic school of Lausanne (EPFL).
The aim was to find a relationship between the composition of a selection of commercial detergent products with their acute toxicity to aquatic organisms and to evaluate the impact of a class of surfactants, Active anionic surfactant, linear alkyl benzene sulfonates (LAS) on certain parameters of soil fertility.
