Therefore, in many cases, problem solving can lead to greater satisfaction and cohesion of couples and prevent psychological and social harm to families. The aim of this study was to determine the significant difference in the expression of miR-146a miRNA in maternal blood between the control and observation groups and to determine whether the miRNA can be used as diagnostic biomarkers or not. Methods. The present study is a basic and descriptive survey in terms of data analysis. The samples included pregnant women referred to Tabriz University of Jahad from September 2019 to February 2021. We used Exel, Spss v.21 and Roc software for data analysis. Data were prepared in Exel software with reference gene and by calculating CT. Were used in Roc software. Results. The results showed a difference between the control and observation groups. Early detection of recurrent miscarriage should be used in these mother...

Various studies have reported the effect of epigenetic changes, including DNA methylation and microRNAs, on breast carcinogenesis. microRNAs play an important role in the post-transcriptional regulation of genes and are important regulators of oncogenic pathways. Studying microRNAs in BC facilitates the development of targeted therapies and early detection of this cancer. This study aimed to evaluate the expression level of miR-508-5p and miR-635 in BC tumor tissues compared to healthy marginal tissues. Methods and Materials: In silico analysis confirmed microarray datasets (GSE40525, GSE44124 and GSE45666) downloaded from the GEO database. The analysis was defined using the Affy packages in R software to screen remarkably dysregulated miRNAs attended by utilized to predict the potential biological processes and molecular pat...

The Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV) is a tumorigenic virus of the herpes family and causes a primary infection in young children. This study aimed to evaluate the increase in NFKB expression following the EBV virus and its contribution to the half-life of EBV-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia patients. Methods & Materials: In this case-control study, we examined blood samples of 60 patients referred to Tabriz Children’s Hospital for 6 months, Tabriz City, Iran, in 2019. RNA extraction was performed from the collected samples, and the quantity and quality of the extracted RNA were controlled by a NanoDrop device and gel electrophoresis. cDNA synthesis was performed from RNA extracted from the sample. NFKB gene expression was assessed using real-time PCR. The obtained data were analyzed using a t-test. Findings: The results showed that the EBV virus decreased the expression of the NFKB gene in patients with acute lymphoblas...

This study was performed to evaluate the changes in N-acetyltransferase (NAT) pattern of methylsonone in patients who did not respond to first-line treatment for Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Methods: This descriptive-analytical study was performed on 200 patients with tuberculosis. After preparing the blood sample, saturated salt method was used to extract DNA. For the determination of quantity and quality of DNA, two methods of spectrophotometry and electrophoresis on agarose gel were used. The methylation pattern of NAT1 gene was investigated by HRM method. Results: 34 patients were resistant to the first line of treatment. 18 patients showed hypermethylation pattern, 12 patients showed non-methylated pattern and 4 patients showed hypomethylated pattern. 166 patients were not resista...

It has various pharmacological effects including anxiolytic, antibacterial, anticonvulsant, spasmolytic, tranquilization and sedation, hypnotic and muscular relaxation. In order to study sedative, preanaesthetic and anxiolytic effects herbal extract of Tiliaplatyphyllos scop in comparison with diazepam in different groups of female Wistar rats with the same age and weight, doses of 150 mg/kg, 300 mg/kg and 450 mg/kg of herbal extract, 1.2 mg/kg of diazepam and equal volumes of dimethyl sulfoxide as a placebo were injected to rats intraperitoneally 30 minutes prior to evaluation of sedative and preanaesthetic effects (induced sleep duration following 40 mg/kg administration intraperitoneally) and anxiolytic effects (using elevated plus maze and Rotarod test). Statistical results obtained represent a significant increase in sleep time induced with ketamine and also a significant increase in time spent by rats in open arms of maze with high and low doses of Tiliaplatyphyllos scop herbal extract (p

After a week adaptation, 120 fingerling fish were divide into 4 aquariums had the following different salinities 4, 8, 10 and 12 g/l and one other was contained control fishes and exposed for 96 hours. Then samples of tissues were prepared and fixed in 10% formalin. After tissue processing, dehydration, clearing and blocking, 5μm sections were prepared and stained with haematoxylin and eosin and studied by light microscope. Findings showed a major change in gill structure exposed to different salinity compare with the control fish. Epithelial lifting was observed in all concentrations, but high concentrations showed more severe lesions. In these concentrations epithelial hyperplasia, increased Chloride cell and mucosal cell, epithelial lifting, mucosal cell and chloride cell hypertrophy were observed. The present results, showed that salt have toxic effects in Barbus sharpey...

Also some of enterococcies with dairy origin have been reported as probiotics. The aim of this study is isolate and identify enterococcies from traditional dairy products of Meshkinshahr and Moghan(Ardabil) regions and evaluate the potential probiotic of them. In the presence of phosphate saline buffer (PH equal to 5/2) 26 acid resistant isolates and in the presence of bile salts, 10 resistant isolates, 7 isolates with high tolerance, 6 isolates with poor tolerance and 3 susceptible isolates were identified. Biochemical identification showed isolates belonging to species of E.avium, E.faecium, E.durans and E.faecalis. Also antagonistic activity was investigated with well diffusion method showed that isolates with inhibitory ability against Escherichia coli are Yersinia enterocolitica and Listeria innocua. Susceptibility study to various antibiotics showed that all strains were susceptible to vancomycin and chloramphenicol. Also all of them were resistant to solfamethacsazol. The results indicate that traditional dairy products of these regions are important source for organisms with probiotic properties.

The purpose of this research is, studying the sedative effects of polar, semi polar and non polar fractions extracted from Hop (Humulus lupulus. L) in comparison with diazepam in the animal model of Rat. For conducting this research polar, semi polar and non polar fractions extracted from Hop based on the polarity of solvent. Then study continued with the injection of obtained extracts and other medicines to different groups of Wistar breed of rats. First group was injected with 100mg/kg of Polar fraction extract the second group, with 100mg/kg of Semipolar extract, the third group, with 100 mg/kg of non-polar extract of Humulus lupulus the fourth group with 2 mg/kg of Diazepam the fifth group with the same volume of DMSO used as solvent of injectable medicines an the sixth group was the control group and did not receive any drug. The method of injection was Intra peritoneal (IP) form. Statistical diagrams and results showed a significant decreasing of anesthetic induction time and increasing of sleeping time of Ketamin induced anesthesia, after IP injection of the Polar fraction extract of Humulus lupulus. The results obtained showed that the polar-fraction extract of Humulus lupulus has more sufficient sedative effects than diazepam and other under studied groups.

Our objective in this study was to determine the effect of probiotic bacteria on the expression of growth-related genes Rel A, IKB, and Casp3 in HT29 colon cancer cells Methods & Materials In this study, the Lactobacillus brevis probiotic bacteria were first cultured, and after the supply of media conditioning, they were treated on HT29 cancer cells. The bacterium’s cytotoxic effect (bacterial T cells) was investigated using a microculture tetrazolium test (MTT). DNA was extracted from the treated cells, and a DNA Ladder assay was performed. Also, the 4′,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI) test was performed to show cell apoptosis. After ribonucleic acid (RNA) extraction and complementary DNA (cDNA) preparation to determine the mechanism of the effect of this bacterium on cellular signaling, the expression of growth-related genes Rel A, IKB, and Cas3 was meas...
