En particular, el samba y el funk son procesos socioculturales de origen popular y de resistencia... more En particular, el samba y el funk son procesos socioculturales de origen popular y de resistencia, que tienen impactos políticos (oposición al statu quo establecido, reapropiación de espacios y generación de un discurso estatal), económicos (ganancias en el mercado musical, acumulación económica individual), e identitarios (unidad nacional, identidad colectiva e identidades individuales), ya sean tácitos o explícitos.
Sin embargo, la hegemonía brasileña ha cooptado estos ritmos por medio de los procesos propios de la modernidad/colonialidad y la apropiación cultural. Esto último a través de la creación de un discurso de unidad nacional a partir de la «limpieza» de la cultura popular, sin dejar de lado la heterogeneidad que les sirve para mantenerse en la cima de una jerarquía económico-social, asumiendo que las expresiones culturales son modificadas para seguir una línea de progreso moderno occidental (blanquitud, imperialismo cultural y eurocentrismo).
El objetivo de este ensayo es mostrar cómo los gobiernos brasileños, a través del proceso previamente señalado, se han apropiado de las expresiones de la cultura popular para la creación de un discurso para el interior y de una imagen para el exterior, como recurso de unidad endógena y de industria cultural exógena, instrumentos para el desarrollo de las élites del país en términos económicos y sociales.

Se ha denominado de distintas formas, entre las que destacan instinto natural o amor maternal. En este entendido, la maternidad se ve como una característica innata del género femenino o como un deseo inalienable a la condición de mujer. Este pequeño texto recoge la evolución que ha tenido el concepto de maternidad, en un intento por demostrar que la concepción de maternidad no es atemporal, ni natural, ni universal.

Los discursos alrededor del trabajo sexual virtual tienden a ser dicotómicos y opuestos. Por una ... more Los discursos alrededor del trabajo sexual virtual tienden a ser dicotómicos y opuestos. Por una lado se tiene una producción discursiva negativa, la cual es principalmente enarbolada por la derecha religiosa y por feministas abolicionistas; y por el otro lado se encuentra una producción discursiva positiva que es impulsada, sobre todo, por la industria de la pornografía. Sin embargo, estos discursos se materializan en consecuencias adversas para las trabajadoras sexuales virtuales. Es por ello que, para tener una visión amplia que no homogenice las experiencias de las trabajadoras, propongo un discurso ambivalente basado en una práctica pro-derechos del comercio sexual virtual.
De este modo, el objetivo de este trabajo pretende analizar los efectos de la producción discursiva negativa, positiva y ambivalente sobre el trabajo sexual virtual en las trabajadoras sexuales (mujeres y disidencias sexuales) que usan OnlyFans, con el fin de desestigmatizarlas y redignificarlas. Al mismo tiempo, se busca demostrar que el discurso abolicionista sigue reproduciendo las lógicas coloniales y afecta negativamente a las trabajadoras sexuales virtuales, marginándolas y excluyéndolas social y económicamente.
