Résumé:
En 2018, le 8 mars donne lieu à la première grève des femmes de l’Histoire de l’Espagne. Cet élan de contestation inédit marquera un tournant dans la visibilité et l’efficience du mouvement féministe espagnol, car le 8-M sera suivi d’une série importante d’améliorations au niveau de la place du féminisme dans le débat politique. La même année, un collectif de street-artistes nommé Unlogic crew décide de proposer une œuvre lors de l’appel à projet du district madrilène de Ciudad Lineal. Celui-ci visait à élaborer une œuvre contre les violences faites aux femmes pour orner l’un des murs du complexe sportif du quartier de la Concepción. À travers cet exemple, nous proposons d’analyser dans quelle mesure le street art peut être un outil efficace de réappropriation féministe des espaces urbains. Nous présenterons dans un premier temps le collectif Unlogic Crew et leurs motivations dans ce projet artistique, puis nous analyserons la dimension fédératrice de l’œuvre autour du mouvement féministe en dépit des attaques menées par l’extrême droite. Enfin, nous étudierons les conséquences politiques et sociales de ces dernières dans la diffusion de l’œuvre d’Unlogic Crew en Espagne et en Europe.

Cette journée d’études trans-périodique vise à réinterroger la figure du traître en politique – a... more Cette journée d’études trans-périodique vise à réinterroger la figure du traître en politique – au sens large du terme, des affaires intérieures aux relations internationales – dans le temps long, de l’Antiquité à nos jours . Quelle place le traître a-t-il en politique ? Comment ceux qui nous dirigent ont-ils recours à la trahison ? Sont-ils tous susceptibles de devenir traîtres ou d’en être victimes ? Trahir est-il forcément un choix délibéré ou peut-il être un acte par dépit pour parvenir à ses fins ? Comment un individu devient-il un traître aux yeux de ses semblables ? Ces interrogations intemporelles, de l’Athènes antique aux politiques actuels, sont d’autant plus légitimes qu’elles semblent ressurgir au cœur d’une actualité brulante : outre le phénomène des Gilets jaunes et les scandales politiques inondant la presse française ces dernières années, la montée des populismes en Europe témoigne d’une défiance générale envers une élite politique discréditée et accusée de trahir les intérêts des peuples.

Le 1 er octobre 2017, un référendum d'autodétermination est organisé par les leaders des partis i... more Le 1 er octobre 2017, un référendum d'autodétermination est organisé par les leaders des partis indépendantistes catalans. Jugé illégal et anticonstitutionnel par les institutions centrales, ce dernier fait l'objet de vives réactions dans l'opinion publique et dans la classe politique. Depuis de nombreuses années, Barcelone est le théâtre de la division populaire opposant des positions divergentes sur le sort de la Catalogne : indépendantistes, « constitutionalistes » ou encore « indécis ». Cet événement de 2017 ainsi que ses conséquences n'ont donc fait qu'en raviver les crispations. La maire de Barcelone, Ada Colau, a tenté d'apaiser les tensions entre ses administrés par différentes interventions médiatiques, mais son positionnement a suscité de vives critiques au sein de la population et de la classe politique. De plus, les enjeux des élections municipales du 26 mai 2019 n'ont fait qu'alimenter les tensions entre les différents partis politiques présents en Catalogne. Barcelone étant la deuxième ville la plus peuplée d'Espagne et l'un des piliers de l'économie nationale, elle est d'une importance capitale dans le dénouement de la crise qui oppose la Catalogne au Gouvernement central. La réélection d'Ada Colau s'étant jouée sur un fil via une coalition vivement critiquée par les indépendantistes, il reste encore un long chemin à faire pour l'obtention d'un consensus entre l'État et son territoire. Notre article propose d'analyser le positionnement d'Ada Colau au coeur de la crise catalane et les conséquences des interventions et choix politiques de la maire de Barcelone sur son image et ses possibilités de briguer un second mandat lors des élections municipales de 2019.
