The four key components of a developing firm are organizational structure, compensation policy, job analysis, and job description. This study examines the presence or absence of these characteristics in Philippine firms, with 148 respondents participating in the survey. Respondents were asked about their companies' ownership type, industry affiliation, employee size, and location. The study then investigates how these company features were related to the existence of the four components. The findings revealed that more than half of the businesses surveyed have a streamlined organizational structure and updated job descriptions. Additionally, the results indicated the need for a strong compensation strategy and regular job analyses. However, it is important to note that the scope of this study is limited by the number of respondents. Despite this limitation, the results provided a snapshot of the current state of HR practices at the business level. Moreover, the findings offered insights into the types of support that corporate HR departments may require from external actors.

The study further analyzes the relationships between the variables. A value congruence questionnaire is used to collect data from Philippine organization (n = 421). To test the hypotheses presented by the study, Pearson correlation is implemented to determine the relationships between PV and OV, PV and CBV, OV and CBV, and CBV and DPV (=0.05). The dominant personal value in Philippine organizations based on the survey is responsibility and accountability, while the dominant organizational value is the timely payment of salaries and teamwork. Value congruence in the workplace results in increased initiative at the workplace. Strong positive linear correlation was found between personal and organizational values. In

The research gathered information by surveying 444 participants employed across various functions, including administration, finance, operations, and human resources. Subsequently, the collected data underwent analysis utilizing descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation analysis. The findings indicate that various forms of organizational changes may uniquely influence productivity and creativity. For example, structural changes such as restructuring of teams or departments can enhance teamwork and collaboration which can lead to increased productivity. Policy changes on one hand can create confusion and uncertainty among employees, leading to decreased productivity. Additionally, the research discovered that proficient communication, employee engagement, and fostering creativity and innovation are the most impactful leadership tactics for overseeing these

Literature has identified different factors that contribute to increased productivity, creativity, and organizational performance, including crucial leadership variables. However, studies have analyzed these predictors individually. In addition, emerging leadership styles such as transformative and servant leadership were not considered in existing analyses. The researchers contribute to the existing literature by providing an integrated analysis of important predictors of productivity and creativity in the workplace.

This compelled commercial and public sector employers to adopt strategic work-from-home (WFH) arrangements to guarantee productive and dignified work during the epidemic. This study looks into the situation of teleworkers in the Philippines in light of the following variables: (1) WFH frequency, (2) physical work area, (3) social context, and (5) amenability to WFH. A piloted, selfconstructed questionnaire was used to poll 363 WFH respondents situated in Metro Manila. The approach is exploratory and does not use triangulation. Teleworkers have sophisticated technology and use tools like Email, Zoom, Viber, and Messenger to communicate. The most popular WFH schedules are five times a week, daily, and twice a week. Because many people live in tiny dwellings, the most frequent WFH setup is in the bedroom rather than the living room.

It includes the following elements: compensation or pay, employee benefits, work-life balance, career development, and performance recognition. In the Philippines, data are scarce on organizational Total Rewards Management (TRM) philosophy and the practices that come with it. This replication study aimed to assess the association of a TRM philosophy and several descriptive variables like its type of ownership, number of years in existence, number of regular and non-regular employees, and business site. It also aimed to determine if employees' belonging to companies with and without a TRM philosophy experience differences in TRM elements. A survey was performed to ascertain human resource (HR) respondents' level of agreement (n=550) with specific statements about the TRM components. Results show that larger companies are more likely to have an existing TRM philosophy in place.

Demographic variables of organizations were examined for their association with the existence of a written PMS. In addition, the association of PMS existence with specific PMS practices was assessed.
A researcher-designed survey was used to gather data from 343 human resource practitioners who represented their organizations. The instrument contains questions about demographic characteristics of their organizations as well as agreement questions to different facets of the four main PMS practices. Correlation tests were used to examine the association between the variables.
Among different demographic factors, only firm size was related to the formation of a written PMS with a weak relationship. A lack of regular updating and communication of job descriptions, failure to use performance metrics in determining actions to be taken regarding a staff’s performance, lack of competent and trained superiors in evaluating their staff, and general dissatisfaction with the rewards received in exchange for their performance are some of the determining factors in the absence of effective PMS. PMS phase pairs are highly correlated. The study has implications in the development of effective PMS in the countr
