Ulaşım konusunda insanların yaşadığı problemlerden bir tanesi de trafik kazalarıdır. Çalışmada Konya ilinin merkez ilçeleri olan Karatay, Selçuklu ve Meram'da meydana gelen trafik kazaları ele alınmıştır. Trafik kazaları, zaman, mekân ve zamansal-mekânsal olarak üç kategoride araştırılmıştır. Araştırmada 2015-2021 trafik kazası verileri kullanılmıştır. Veriler trafik şube müdürlüğünden ve trafik kaza tutanaklarından elde edilen metinsel verilerdir. Zaman analizlerinde trafik kazaları; saat, gün, ay, mevsim ve yıl bilgilerine yer verilmiştir. Mekân açısından kazalarının analizi için nokta yoğunluk, Anselin Local Moran I ve vaka toplam araçları kullanılmıştır. Zaman-mekân açısından trafik kazalarının analiz edilmesi için Sıcak Nokta Analizi ve Uzay Zaman Küpü araçları kullanılmıştır. Analiz ve bulgular için ArcGIS Pro yazılımının 2.5 sürümü ve ArcGIS yazılımının 10.8 sürümlerinden yararlanılmıştır. Gerçekleşen trafik kazalarının çoğunun, yerleşim yerlerinin yoğun olduğu alanlarda ve sanayi bölgesinde dağılım gösterdiği gözlemlenmiştir.

Depending on the increase in the number of vehicles, it causes an increase in problems and traffic accidents in urban transportation. The study was carried out to reveal and determine the relationship between traffic accidents and daily activity areas. Five central districts of Antalya were selected as the study area. Among the reasons for choosing the five central districts of the study area, the density of traffic accidents, the density of activity areas and the distribution of a large proportion of the population in this area. The research includes data obtained from traffic accident reports between 2015-2019. Two different analyzes were carried out in the study. Analyzes performed are enhanced buffer analysis and optimized hotspot analysis. The analyzes are to identify the dense areas where traffic accidents occur and to determine the relationship between daily activity areas. ArcGIS 10.8 software was used to implement the analyses. An improved buffer analysis tool, which is a unique method model, was produced using ArcGIS software. By using the developed buffer analysis method, the relationship between traffic accidents in the intersection areas of shopping-education, transportation-education and transportation-shopping areas was examined. Using the optimized analysis method, hot spot analyzes of shopping-education, transportation-shopping and transportation-education intersection areas were carried out. In the final analysis, traffic accidents occurring within 150 meters of transportation, shopping, education, accommodation and food and beverage areas were examined. As a result of the study, it has been determined that traffic accidents occur mostly in the intersection areas of transportation and shopping areas among the daily activity areas.

The increase in the population over time in Turkey causes an increase in the number of vehicles. ... more The increase in the population over time in Turkey causes an increase in the number of vehicles. In turn, the increase in the number of vehicles hampers urban transportation. Congested traffic results in a number of problems. One of these problems is traffic accidents. In this study, traffic accidents which occurred in five central districts of Bursa were investigated in terms of temporal, spatial and temporal-spatial. The reason for choosing the central districts is that traffic accidents occur more intensively in these districts than other districts. The data used in this study include traffic accident data from 2015 to 2020 and land use data for 2018. ArcGIS 10.8 and ArcGIS Pro 2.5 version were used to identify analyses and findings. In ArcGIS version 10.8 point density, collect events, Anselin Local Moran I, Emerging Hot Spot Analysis and 2D Visualize Space Time Cube tools were used. Time, day, month, season and year information were included in the time related analyzes of traffic accidents. Land use, district, neighborhood and highway data were used in spatial analysis. As a result of this study, findings were determined under three subtitles. These were temporal, spatial and temporal-spatial titles. When examined in terms of time, only the year 2020 drew attention out of five years. This resulted from pandemics. Seasonally, the lowest number of traffic accidents were recorded in winter while the highest were recorded in summer. When the distribution of traffic accidents according to highways was examined under the title of spatial, the most occurred on Ankara Street. Finally, it was determined that traffic accidents, which were examined under the title of temporal-spatial, were intense in residential areas and industrial areas.

Geographical Information Systems (GIS) techniques, color digital orthophotos and data from TSI (Turkey Statistical Institute) were used in order to perform the study. The current areas of settlement in the study were grouped by identifying the geomorphological units which they have been established upon. Population data (1965-2012) obtained from TSI (Turkey Statistical Institute) were arranged by comparing them with geological and geomorphological maps. According to this, 86% (183689) of the present population of Yalova province was determined to live in the flat valley bases, while 11% (23496) of it was determined to live in plateau areas. The reasons for choosing the two central districts are that the population and traffic flow are concentrated in this area. Data used in the research; traffic accident for 2016-2017 and land use data for 2012. The method was chosen according to the purpose of the study. Two tools are used in ArcGIS to identify analyzes and findings. These are point density and total event tools. The purpose of using these tools is to reveal the temporal and spatial connections of traffic accidents. Traffic accidents within the temporal connections are examined in years, seasons, months, days of the week and hours. Within the spatial connections, traffic accidents on the district, neighborhood and highways were examined. As a result of the analyzes, traffic accidents; in which areas it is concentrated in terms of years, in which seasons it has increased, in which months it has increased, on which days of the week it has increased, its distribution by hours, distribution by districts, distribution by neighborhoods, distribution by roads and black spots are determined.

Çalışma alanı olarak İzmir şehrine ait on bir tane merkezi ilçesi seçilmiştir. Çalışma alanın on bir merkezi ilçesinin seçilmesi nüfusun büyük oranda bu alanda yaşaması ve nüfus hareketliliğin bu alanda gerçekleşmesidir. Şehri içeren ilçeler Çiğli, Karşıyaka, Bayraklı, Bornova, Konak, Buca, Gaziemir, Karabağlar, Balçova, Narlıdere ve Güzelbahçe'dir. Çalışmada 2010 ve 2014 yıllarına ait trafik kaza verileri kullanılmıştır. Yöntem olarak Coğrafi Bilgi Sistemleri kullanılarak üç farklı mekânsal istatistik analizi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Kullanılan mekânsal istatistik yöntemleri nokta yoğunluk analizi, çizgi yoğunluk analizi ve Anselin Yerel Moran I analizidir. Mekansal istatistik yöntemlerinin kullanılmasındaki amaç trafik kazalarının hangi alanlarda yoğunlaştığını ve gelecekte hangi alanlarda yoğunlaşabileceğini tespit etmektir. Yapılan analizlerde trafik kazalarının on bir merkezi ilçesi içerisinde hangi karayollarının trafik kazası bakımından artış gösterebileceği haritalandırılmıştır. Sonuç olarak çalışmanın sonucunda trafik kazalarının azaltılması için on bir merkezi ilçesi içerisindeki trafik kazası bakımından yoğun alanlar ortaya çıkartılmıştır.

Agro tourism activity is the one of tourism types which is a promising types of tourism. Agro tourism is a branch of the rural tourism and people living in the city who know rural culture well, provide know about soil and agriculture. In this study analyzing Kucuk Menderes River Delta Plain's agro tourism potential and suitable potential areas have been identified. In study using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) methods, obtained data’s were tested by land studies and consistencies were measured by SWOT analysis. At the end of the study it appears that characteristics of the natural environment of the Kucuk Menderes River Delta Plain has a very high potential for agro tourism. However, although it has been identified to 95 % of the plain was formed from the most appropriate and appropriate areas for agro tourism, it was seen that there is no development in the context of agro tourism. In the study different scales of maps, 2014 Landsat satellite images, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Remote Sensing (RS) methods and techniques have been utilized. The result of the study found environmental geomorphology problems in delta area depends on environmental pollution due to human factors and tourism impact. Due to the maximum effect on geomorphological environment in coastal zone, sustainable planning should be done primarily in the coastal zone. Under this plan settlement in the delta areas and coastal law to conform with the structuring, delta and coastal planning system needs to be improved. Özet Günümüzde yoğun ve stresli kent yaşamı insanların tatil gereksinimini daha da artırmaktadır. Son yıllarda yoğun kent yaşamından bunalan ve doğal hayata özlem duyan insanlar için turizm seçeneklerine yenileri eklenmiştir. Bu turizm türlerinden birisi olan Tarım (Agro) turizmi faaliyeti gelecek vadeden bir turizm çeşididir. Kırsal turizmin bir kolu olan tarım turizmi ile şehirde yaşayan insanların yerel kültürleri yakından tanıması, toprak ve tarımla yakınlaşması sağlanmaktadır. Bu çalışmada Küçük Menderes Nehri Delta Ovası'nın tarım turizmi potansiyeli incelenerek, uygun potansiyel alanlar tespit dilmiştir. Çalışmada Coğrafi Bilgi Sistemleri (CBS) teknikleri kullanılarak, elde edilen veriler arazi çalışmalarıyla kontrol edilmiş ve SWOT analiziyle tutarlılıkları ölçülmüştür. Çalışma sonunda Küçük Menderes Nehri Delta Ovası'nın tarım turizmi potansiyelinin çok fazla olduğu anlaşılmıştır. Ancak ovanın % 95'inin tarım turizmine en uygun ve uygun alanlardan oluşmasına rağmen, tarım turizmi kapsamında herhangi gelişmenin olmadığı görülmüştür. Bu nedenle tarım turizmi konusunda yerel halka eğitimler verilerek bilinçlendirilmesi gerekmektedir.

Çalışmada farklı ölçeklerdeki haritalardan, 2014 yılına ait Landsat uydu görüntüsü ve Coğrafi Bilgi Sistemleri (CBS) ile Uzaktan Algılama (UA) yöntem ve tekniklerinden faydalanılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda delta alanındaki çevresel jeomorfoloji problemlerinin başında beşeri faktörlere bağlı çevre kirliliği ve turizm baskısı olduğu anlaşılmıştır.

Araç kullanımının artması trafik kazalarının artmasına neden olmaktadır. Bu nedenle trafik kazalarının azaltılması amacıyla bu çalışma gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışma alanı olarak İzmir şehrine ait on bir tane merkezi ilçesi seçilmiştir. Çalışma alanın on bir merkezi ilçesinin seçilmesi nüfusun büyük oranda bu alanda yaşaması ve nüfus hareketliliğin bu alanda gerçekleşmesidir. Şehri içeren ilçeler Çiğli, Karşıyaka, Bayraklı, Bornova, Konak, Buca, Gaziemir, Karabağlar, Balçova, Narlıdere ve Güzelbahçe'dir. Çalışmada 2010 ve 2014 yıllarına ait trafik kaza verileri kullanılmıştır. Yöntem olarak Coğrafi Bilgi Sistemleri kullanılarak üç farklı mekânsal istatistik analizi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Kullanılan mekânsal istatistik yöntemleri nokta yoğunluk analizi, çizgi yoğunluk analizi ve Anselin Yerel Moran I analizidir. Mekansal istatistik yöntemlerinin kullanılmasındaki amaç trafik kazalarının hangi alanlarda yoğunlaştığını ve gelecekte hangi alanlarda yoğunlaşabileceğini tespit etmektir. Yapılan analizlerde trafik kazalarının on bir merkezi ilçesi içerisinde hangi karayollarının trafik kazası bakımından artış gösterebileceği haritalandırılmıştır. Sonuç olarak çalışmanın sonucunda trafik kazalarının azaltılması için on bir merkezi ilçesi içerisindeki trafik kazası bakımından yoğun alanlar ortaya çıkartılmıştır.

Agro tourism activity is the one of tourism types which is a promising types of tourism. Agro tourism is a branch of the rural tourism and people living in the city who know rural culture well, provide know about soil and agriculture. In this study analyzing Kucuk Menderes River Delta Plain's agro tourism potential and suitable potential areas have been identified. At the end of the study it appears that characteristics of the natural environment of the Kucuk Menderes River Delta Plain has a very high potential for agro tourism. However, although it has been identified to 95 % of the plain was formed from the most appropriate and appropriate areas for agro tourism, it was seen that there is no development in the context of agro tourism. In the study different scales of maps, 2014 Landsat satellite images, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Remote Sensing (RS) methods and techniques have been utilized. The result of the study found environmental geomorphology problems in delta area depends on environmental pollution due to human factors and tourism impact. Due to the maximum effect on geomorphological environment in coastal zone, sustainable planning should be done primarily in the coastal zone. Under this plan settlement in the delta areas and coastal law to conform with the structuring, delta and coastal planning system needs to be improved. Özet Günümüzde yoğun ve stresli kent yaşamı insanların tatil gereksinimini daha da artırmaktadır. Son yıllarda yoğun kent yaşamından bunalan ve doğal hayata özlem duyan insanlar için turizm seçeneklerine yenileri eklenmiştir. Bu turizm türlerinden birisi olan Tarım (Agro) turizmi faaliyeti gelecek vadeden bir turizm çeşididir. Kırsal turizmin bir kolu olan tarım turizmi ile şehirde yaşayan insanların yerel kültürleri yakından tanıması, toprak ve tarımla yakınlaşması sağlanmaktadır. Bu çalışmada Küçük Menderes Nehri Delta Ovası'nın tarım turizmi potansiyeli incelenerek, uygun potansiyel alanlar tespit dilmiştir. Çalışmada Coğrafi Bilgi Sistemleri (CBS) teknikleri kullanılarak, elde edilen veriler arazi çalışmalarıyla kontrol edilmiş ve SWOT analiziyle tutarlılıkları ölçülmüştür. Çalışma sonunda Küçük Menderes Nehri Delta Ovası'nın tarım turizmi potansiyelinin çok fazla olduğu anlaşılmıştır. Ancak ovanın % 95'inin tarım turizmine en uygun ve uygun alanlardan oluşmasına rağmen, tarım turizmi kapsamında herhangi gelişmenin olmadığı görülmüştür. Bu nedenle tarım turizmi konusunda yerel halka eğitimler verilerek bilinçlendirilmesi gerekmektedir.

Çalışmada farklı ölçeklerdeki haritalardan, 2014 yılına ait Landsat uydu görüntüsü ve Coğrafi Bilgi Sistemleri (CBS) ile Uzaktan Algılama (UA) yöntem ve tekniklerinden faydalanılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda delta alanındaki çevresel jeomorfoloji problemlerinin başında beşeri faktörlere bağlı çevre kirliliği ve turizm baskısı olduğu anlaşılmıştır.
