This particular article relates to subtle electrical effects, and provides some evidence of a fundamental nature on how electromagnetic fields might be utilized to modify the molecular arrangements and activity of water. I have focused my efforts on the water molecule to show that it can be activated both for physical processes and for influences on cellular life structures. Activated water is produced with the help of patented, non-chemical Molecular Resonance Effect Technology. The process of water activation induces the formation of water molecular clusters similar to water molecular structures found in living cells. The article relates to detailed observation of the effect of MRET activated water with the modified molecular structure (produced with the help of patented in the USA Molecular Resonance Effect Technology) on metabolic activity and growth of con- ditionally pathogenic microbiological culture Esch- erichia coli K-12 (E.coli) and on metabolic activity of complex microbial associations (similar to microbial associations in the intestine). The microbiological investigation described in this article was conducted at Kiev Institute of Microbiology and Virology of Ukrainian Academy of Science. After 25 hours of experiment in aerobic environment it revealed sig- nificant inhibition of growth of E.coli: about 30 times in nutrient medium MRET activated for 30 minutes and about 300 times in nutrient medium MRET activated for 60 minutes. This article is related to the experimental data regarding the ability of MRET Noise Field Generator (MRET NFG) placed at the distance of 7 feet from “phantom head” exposed to RF phones radiation to reduce specific absorption rate (SAR) of the water based solution inside “phantom head”. The core part of Generator is MRET polymer compound. Due to the fractal geometry structure of MRET polymer compound and the phenomenon of piezoelectricity, this polymer generates subtle, low frequency, noncoherent electromagnetic oscillations (composite noise field) that can modify RF signals as a result of superposition phenomenon. This article is related to the experimental data revealing the ability of MRET noise field generator (NFG) to compensate the inhibition of Astrocyte cells metabolic activity when Astrocytes are exposed to mobile phone radiation. Astrocyte samples exposed to mobile phone radiation were placed at the distance of 30 feet from NFG in this experiment. Due to the fractal geometry structure of MRET polymer compound and the phenomenon of piezoelectricity, this polymer generates subtle, low frequency, non-coherent electromagnetic oscillations (composite noise field) when exposed to electromagnetic field of 7.8 Hz and 14.5 Hz frequency oscillating in a repeating sequence for 5 seconds each time.
