It is the language which the child learns almost without any conscious effort on his part. It is a language which the child acquires while living in his own social group.A first language (also native language, mother tongue, arterial language, or L1) is the language(s) a person has learned from birth or within the critical period, or that a person speaks the best and so is often the basis for sociolinguistic identity. The word "mother" means the prime care giver (female or male) of a child. "Tongue" in this sense means the language that is primarily spoken by this caregiver. Therefore, when the words "mother and tongue" are analyzed, the question is asking for the process by which a child learns or develops his primary/first language.

The objective of this paper was to examine the relative effectiveness of fiscal and monetary policy shock on the Ethiopian economic growth. To examine the dynamic effects of fiscal and monetary policy shocks on the Ethiopian economic growth Structural Vector Autoregressive model was employed for seasonally adjusted quarterly data from 1991Q1 up to 2016Q1. Short-run recursive identification or Cholesky identification technique was used to identify structural shocks in the SVAR model. The result of impulse response and variance decomposition shows that both fiscal and monetary policy shocks have a positive effect on the Ethiopian economic growth. However, fiscal policy shocks are more effective than monetary policy shocks in boosting Ethiopian economic growth. I hypothesize that if a large price move for a given stock takes place after a short period when the stock's price moves in the same direction, then it may indicate that the fundamentals of the company-specific shock are more completely incorporated in the stock price, significantly increasing the probability of subsequent post-event price reversal. Analyzing a large sample of significant stock price moves, I find that both large price increases and decreases are followed by significant one to three month price reversals (drifts) if they are preceded by the same-(opposite-) sign short-term cumulative abnormal returns. The effect remains significant after accounting for additional relevant company-specific (size, Market Model beta, historical volatility) and event-specific (stock's return and trading volume on the event day) factors.

The findings suggest that product assortment, long lines of customers, customers' annual income, and the listening skills of salesperson were the significant antecedents of customer loyalty.

Researchers have questioned the benefits of IMF credit facilities to developing nations. This work therefore seeks to evaluate the impact of IMF policies like, reducing government expenditure (GEX), increasing public revenue through value added tax (VAT), increasing non-oil export (NONOILEXP), and reducing total import (TIMP) on Nigeria economy performance measured with real gross domestic product (RGDP). The analysed data were obtained from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) statistical bulletin and World Development Indicators (WDI) for the period of 2009 to 2018. Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method was used to test the formulated hypotheses. The result revealed that IMF policy has significant effect on performance of Nigeria economy. Total import (TIMP) exerts negative influence on Nigerian economy while government expenditure (GEX), public revenue from value added tax (VAT), non-oil export (NONOILEXP), have positive effect on Nigeria economy performance.
