A coleta desses casos ocorreu via mídia eletrônica.

For that, we used bibliographical review and documentary analysis, in order to get closer to the theoretical / political discussion that led to the construction of these legal instruments. We perceive a feedback relationship between anti-racist struggle and affirmative action policies.

Palavras-chave Masculinidade, Vulnerabilida-de, Prevenção do HIV/AIDS Abstract The study aims to examine the relationship between masculinity, vulnerability and the prevention of HIV/AIDS, based on reports from young men from the so-called urban working classes, taking into account not only the meanings attributed to prevention by these subjects, but also considering the dialectical relationship between the individual and society. The conceptual framework encompasses the three main aspects of hegemonic masculinity, prevention and vulnerability. This involves qualitative research based on the perspective of dialectical hermeneu-tics that uses the method of interpretation of meanings. The analysis yielded two main results, namely hegemonic masculinity as a vulnerability factor, and myths and prejudices as factors of vulnerability to HIV/AIDS. By way of conclusion , it reinforces the need for discussion of prevention encompassing the need to put on the agenda the construction of the sex/gender system around which to articulate the social meanings of masculinity and femininity that influence the structural plan of affective sexual relations in general and HIV/AIDS in particular.

LGBT + Black: knowledge and policies in review Abstract: From the theoretical perception and experience of the black LGBT being, I was perceiving the interaction of these categories and what they mean as identity construction, the greater or lesser vulnerability to prejudice, and the specificities of this population that must face discrimination intercalated. LGBT policies (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transvestite and Transsexual) have, to some extent, articulated these issues. Based on these two aspects, we seek to 1) review the national regulatory frameworks for LGBT policies, identifying their link with the anti-racist struggle; 2) map in the Revista Estudos Feministas racial and sexual diversity and gender thematic. We conclude that some advances have occurred in relation to the publicity of issues related to being LGBT black, but there is evidence of a little production of knowledge about the subject.

Abstract The present article seeks to carry out an initial analysis on affirmative action policies, particularly regarding its socio-historical construction process, particularizing some historical milestones in the Third World Conference to Combat Racism, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance, the creation of the Secretariat Special Policy on Promotion of Racial Equality (currently extinct) and the National Policy for the Promotion of Racial Equality.

By way of conclusion , it reinforces the need for discussion of prevention encompassing the need to put on the agenda the construction of the sex/gender system around which to articulate the social meanings of masculinity and femininity that influence the structural plan of affective sexual relations in general and HIV/AIDS in particular.

homens brancos.
marginalizados.
A primeira parte do texto dedicar-se-á a discutir o corpo do homem negro, a
