    Abstract<br> Introduction: Indian teenagers, in the age group of10-19<br> years, constitute around 22% of the total population at the<br> country. It is a turbulent period in the life cycle of human<br> being and is not unusual to feel lonely occasionally. The<br> COVID-19 lock down compelled the teenagers to face<br> restricted access to socialization, play affecting even their<br> crucial physical development as well as psychological well<br> being.
