Almost sectorial operators, fractional differential, Leray Schauder fixed point theorem and multivalued maps are used to prove the result. We start by emphasizing the existence of a mild solution and demonstrate the approximate controllability of the fractional system. In addition, an example is presented to demonstrate the principle.
