    The topic of this study is to analyze the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction. Most of the service provider organization make maximum customers satisfaction in terms of quality service which they provides. As you have seen customer satisfaction and service quality have remain key factor for service provider's organizations. Service provider organizations has been evolved over the past few decades, providing facility to an increased combination of service associated features. These features are emphasized to satisfy the complementary needs of its customers. This notion of satisfaction is mainly attributed to the quality of service. Hence a lot of searching has been going on for the past few decades to rationalize and prove a direct relationship between the two. The Research will help for the organization as they would be able to identify that what are deficiencies of the service provider organization that fails to make customer satisfied.
