This paper surveys the complex relationships between economic growth and Foreign Direct Investmen... more This paper surveys the complex relationships between economic growth and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in South Asian countries, taking into account the specific conditions and environments that influence foreign investment in each country's economy. The study analyzes annual data from 1991-2020 focuses on India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh and uses co-integration and granger causality tests to determine that every country is at a distinct stage of outreach based on factors such as population, resources, and international trade. Results declare that FDI, economic development, and exports have robust relationship. The study concludes that creating a favorable environment for investors can increase foreign investment, leading to increase per capita GDP growth within the country

This paper presents an open-source MATLAB-based toolbox for power systems analysis called the Pow... more This paper presents an open-source MATLAB-based toolbox for power systems analysis called the Power Flow Equation Solver (PESOL). This package incorporates modules such as a robust Load-Flow solver, blocks for calculating loadability/transfer capability margins through an adaptive Continuation Power Flow and Direct-Method approaches, and a Homotopy Continuation procedure for calculating solvability and feasibility boundaries of the Power Flow equations. All the algorithms within these modules are programmed to achieve computational tractability and numerical stability compared to the approaches from the literature. The effectiveness and performance of the PESOL package are assessed on a variety of IEEE schemes with different scenarios.
