The service carried out in Bolawen Hamlet was carried out using the lecture, discussion, and question and answer methods. The existence of samples of business products increases the interest of participants so that other business ideas emerge. Participants in this activity are dominated by productive age, where the enthusiasm in receiving material about entrepreneurship is very visible. This study aims to explain the effect of Store Atmosphere, product display, and Price Discount on... more This study aims to explain the effect of Store Atmosphere, product display, and Price Discount on Impulse Buying. The sample used was 90 respondents using purposive sampling technique that resided in Denpasar City, and had carried out Impulse Buying. Data were analyzed using regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Store Atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on Impulse Buying; product display has a significant positive effect on Impulse Buying; and Price Discount has a significant positive effect on Impulse Buying. The implications of this research suggest that Indomaret always develop store atmoshere and product displays to be better, and still provide a Price Discount policy.

Tujuan dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan merajuk pada kepemimpinan transformasional, kompensas... more Tujuan dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan merajuk pada kepemimpinan transformasional, kompensasi finansial dan lingkungan kerja fisik apakah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Wates Kulon Progo. Hal tersebut dilihat dari pengaruh baik parsial dan simultan. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah penelitian kuatitatif dengan jumlah responden 56 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dilakukan pada penelitian ini. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, kompensasi finansial, dan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, baik parsial dan simultan.

Metodologi: Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan populasi 36 karyawan di Puskesmas Lendah II dengan pengolahan data menggunakan analisis PLS (Partial Least Square) dan menggunakan software WARP PLS 7.0. Temuan: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel efikasi diri dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi. The purpose of this research is to understand the framework of the maning Punokawan Courtiers‟s work in Keraton Ngayogyakarta Hadiningrat after obtaining a salary sourced the Yogyakarta Privileges Fund. This research is considered as qualitative research with case study approach. This research uses interview as data collecting method. The informants in this study are Dr. Threresia Suharti, S.S.T., M.S and Drs. Antonius Sutarno, who work as Punakawan Tepas and Caos Courtiers who has served for more than 30 years. In order to know data validation, it is therefore using credibility test and transferability test. Data test method uses triangulation, whereas data analysis method uses reduction data, display data, and conclusion drawing/verification. This research found that the maning of work for the courtiers was interpreted as a calling.

This research title was The Young Eagle: Exploring the Sky and Swallowing the Horizon (A Case Study of Entrepreneur Students). This research aims were (1) to understand the motivation of college students to become young entrepreneurs, (2) to understand the college students methods in developing their business, (3) to understand the college student's academic performance while they are running their business, (4) to understand the parents support while their kids become young entrepreneurs, (5) to understand the problem that were faced by the students who developing their business. This research was qualitative research with case study approach. This collection data method was used in this reserach were interview and documentation. The key persons in this research were 3 students who become entrepreneur with some critetia to choose them. The validation data used credibility test and transferability test while the data analysis techniques used triangulation, and data analysis method uses reduction data, display data, and conclusion drawing/verification.
This research found that the entrepreneur students had high motivation because some motives those were they want to become entrepreneurs, the family inspiration, and the financial reason. The highest factors in business developments were business communication strategy through variety trending marketing media and looking business opportunity. They also achieved the grade point average above three. Their parents supported them to become entrepreneurs while they were studying as students, but their parents wanted their kids to have highest priority in their study and not in their businesses. The most problem that were faced by entrepreneur students were time management, eventhough they were succeed because of they were discipline.
