The paper examines and discusses the socio-economic aspects of the migration of Chinese workers a... more The paper examines and discusses the socio-economic aspects of the migration of Chinese workers and Indian students to Georgia. It outlines the reasons why Chinese workers immigrate to the country in search of work at the time when Georgian citizens become labor migrants themselves. The paper highlights what attracts them and how they feel in the far-away foreign country such as Georgia. As for the Indians, the labor market of Georgia does not attract them, since usually, the are youngsters interested in Georgian educational space, especially in medical programs. The hypothesis of the study is as follows: the impact of labor and educational migration on Georgia's socio-economic sphere. The study mainly uses an analysis method based on the study of the modern situation, documents and empirical material. The basis of source – scientific articles, the press materials and documents published on official websites in the field of cultural policy.

The article presents a mathematical model for studying the accuracy characteristics of devices fo... more The article presents a mathematical model for studying the accuracy characteristics of devices for measuring the resonant frequency of oscillatory systems for devices proposed by one of the co-authors, as well as traditional devices that are technically closer to known (prototypes) devices. The compiled mathematical model makes it possible to identify additional factors affecting the accuracy of the final measurement result and to carry out a comparative analysis of the basic error in measuring the resonant frequency of oscillatory systems, both concentrated and with distributed parameters, taking into account the errors introduced by the constituent blocks of the device. The block diagram of the model, the block diagram of the algorithm and tabular data of the study of devices for measuring the resonant frequency, developed by one of the co-authors, are presented, as well as tabular data of the results of comparative analysis in relation to traditionally known devices.

The computer experiment was performed in the LabVIEW software environment. Theoretical and experimental research has shown that the quality of measurement depends not only on the probability of confidence and number of experiments conducted, but also on the type of law of probability distribution of value. The measurement quality is much higher for a normally distributed quantity, while the lowest quality is obtained for a uniform distributed value. This paper presents a specific analytical-imitation model for the devices that determines the nat... more This paper presents a specific analytical-imitation model for the devices that determines the natural frequency of oscillatory systems for two devices which was proposed by one of the co-authors, and also traditional devices that are closer in technical aspect to known (prototype) devices. During the researching process of the model additional factors affected on the accuracy of the final result are identified and the analysis of the basic error in determining the natural frequency of the OS, taking into account errors introduced by the composite blocks of the device, are provided. A structural diagram of the model, a flowchart of the algorithm and a tabular data of the research results are given.
