Our research had two objectives. First, we sought to see how being mentored during the semester affected academic achievement (average grade, number of courses passed). Second, we intended to see if three different mentoring methods have an impact on the academic performance of mentees. Background: Our current findings may have policy consequences for Colleges/Institutes. Colleges/Institutes should continue to offer assistance programs, particularly for first-generation students. Mentorship initiatives aimed at assisting students. This Studies could look at the mentor's and mentee's perceptions of the quality of interactions, as well as the ideal mentor-mentee match. Further, the research could take into account student desire and enthusiasm for participating in a mentorship program, as well as self-efficacy and commitment, two characteristics that could help explain self-selection. Methods: This study used a cross-sectional research method to collect data, which allowed them to integrate the mentorship program literature, the pilot study, and the actual study as the main procedure. The data were collected using a survey instrument from 175 students with degrees and Masters from different areas. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS and structural equation modeling in AMOS 26. Result: Overall, our findings appear to be consistent with past mentoring research that has found beneficial effects on academic performance indicators. The reliability and construct of data have been analyzed by using Cronbach's alpha values in using a range between 0.00 to 1.00. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was performed to confirm the convergent validity of the scale's variable used in the research. Conclusion: There were statistically significant differences between mentees and Empirical Economics Letters, 21 (Special Issue 3) (November 2022) 169 non-mentors in all academic performances. Mentees received higher average marks and passed more courses after a year of study than non-mentees. Mentees received higher average grades and passed. Our current study provided insight into the effect of a peer mentoring program on mentee academic performance. Mentees seemed to benefit from the peer mentoring program independently of the mentor's individual mentoring style.

However, it has been closed for a few weeks in order to provide early insight into the local market, and it will remain closed until the influence of the Covid-19-transmitted community virus has not infected any humans. This poll aims to compare how India's informal sector has been affected by the lockdown. Chewing, flavour, and the combination of the two were all investigated separately. The study is based on quantitative research. The data has been classified on basis of smoker and non-smoker. Participants reported a significant difference in withdrawal severity across conditions using repeated measures Chi square, F(3, 69)=2.89, p.05. The flavoured gum condition had considerably lower withdrawal scores than the flavourless gum base and no product control conditions, according to follow-up analyses. These data suggest that chewing gum is effective in reducing the severity of nicotine withdrawal symptoms over a 24-hour period of nicotine abstinence, and that the impact is due to a combination of flavour and chewin...
