The Assamese language is a low-level language. Synset is applied from Assamese WordNet. The various features used for identifying the most salient sentences to generate effective summary aspects such as TF-IDF, sentence length, sentence position and numerical identification are considered. Automatic Text Summarization in the Assamese language is still in an early stage and this language does not have its own approach. So, the text summarization approach is compared to the approaches applied in Bengali and Bangla language approaches as these languages share a script that is quite similar having slight variations in certain letters. The effectiveness of our proposed approach is demonstrated through a set of experiments carried out using ROUGE measure, and the evaluation is depicted in terms of Precision, Recall and F1-score.

The Word sense disambiguation problem comprises the computational assignment of meaning to a word according to a specific context in which it occurs. There are numerous natural language processing applications, such as machine translation, information retrieval, and information extraction, which require this task which takes place at the semantic level. To solve this problem unsupervised computation proposals can be effective since they have been successfully used for many real-world optimization problems. In this paper, we propose to solve the word sense disambiguation problem using the cuckoo search algorithm in the Assamese language. We illustrate the performance of our algorithm by carrying out experiments on an Assamese corpus. And comparing them against an unsupervised genetic algorithm that is implemented in the Assamese language. Results of the experiment show that the cuckoo algorithm can achieve more precision, recall and F-measure, attaining 87.5, 84, and 85.71 percentages respectively.

Neuro-Psychometric Profiling to Identify Human Brain Communication and Miscommunication Processing

Abstract
This study investigated the effect of individual brain communication
processes on interpersonal communication and potential miscommunication by using
a web-based interactive neuro-psychometric profiling tool, named Colored Brain
Communicatioh Inventory (CBCI). The brain communication process is influential
patterns of individual communication and cultivates the potential of individuals to
career or work in the future. The methodology used in this study was quantitative,
surveys, and observation studies. The aim of this study was then to explore the brain
clarity processing and distinguishing the miscommunication assessed by web-based
interactive neuro-psychometric profiling instruments. All respondents involved in
this study were equally divided between gender; males (507o) and females (50Vo).
The impact of this study has practical implications for the respondents' communication
behavior toward individual developments. The impact on science was to know
the correlation between the brain communication process on gender, creativiry and
communication behavior by means of potential miscommunication process. The
output of this study was a type of brain communication process that shows the
tendency of nature, attitudes, and individual potential.

As a remedy to this difficulty, a lemmatization algorithm is developed, and its effectiveness is evaluated for Word Sense Disambiguation (WSD). Having observed its usefulness, lemmatizer is considered for developing Natural Language Processing tools for languages rich in morphological variations. Among various Indian highly inflected languages, Assamese, spoken by over 14 million people in the North-Eastern region of India, is also one of them. In this present work, after a detailed study on the possible transformations through which surface words are created from lemmas, we have designed an Assamese lemmatizer in such a manner that suitable reverse transformations can be employed on a surface word to derive the co-relative (similar) lemma back. And it has been observed that the lemmatizer is compe...

In this study, we have reviewed some of the studies in other Indian languages for having a better understanding of the problems. Furthermore, we have also put in our efforts to understand keeping in view the opinion of Assamese linguists as how we could overcome the shortcomings of Assamese Text Summarization and provide an effective solution that could serve as fundamental concepts in this particular field. An extractive method for text summarization is proposed in this paper to evaluate the sentences of the input document based on the merging of semantic and statistical characteristics. It is applied considering the importance of sentence and diversity. Moreover, we have applied Synsets from Assamese WordNet to calculate the word frequency. Besides identifying and weighing the salience sentences, the concept of vector centrality and cosine similarity is used and the result is represented in graph representation. A threshold value to indicate the important sentences is applied. The effectiveness of our proposed method is demonstrated through a set of experiments conducted using ROUGE measure and the evaluation is showed in terms of Recall.

Many resources are available in English language on the internet, which is not easily understandable , so its necessary that English language need to translate into the local languages of India so that the people of India can easily understand the enormous amount of English resources. As the information is of large amount so its not possible to keep translating things from one language to another manually. Thus its very important to translate the given text or information from one language to another automatically and effectively. This paper discusses about Neural Machine Translation(NMT) for converting English text to Hindi text. Neural machine translation(NMT) is one of the most recent and effective translation technique amongst all existing machine translation systems. The software process improvement is dynamic. Different software process models have been developed and have different process areas that help an organization to produce a quality product. The software project tracking and oversight is a process area that is common to most of the software process improvement (SPI) models and plays a great role inorder to produce a quality product and deliver it on time. This paper introduces the various measures that is used for software project tracking and oversight and the percentage of use of these measures in different small and medium enterprises (SMEs) of India.
