The atomic order of Na is observed from the well- resolved 23Na NMR peaks, which suggests 6 Na inequivalent sites. The 59Co NMR also suggests 4 distinct Co sites due to Na ordering. 2. The magnetic field-induced transition from antiferromagnet

The desire to view mediation as a science rather than an art has made mediation analysis a rich research arena. Despite the fact that mediation is a widespread and useful element of interpersonal problem solving, there remains no coherent theoretical account of how its benefits may be achieved in general.

This paper provides evidence that SBIR policy can help SME innovation. It delivered the evidence by studying the effects of government funding on the R&D behavior of SMEs in Taiwan. By adapting the methodology recently proposed by Wallsten (2000) to firm-level data, this research shows that government funding subsidy helps SMEs.

Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), this study examines the antecedents of information technology usage and proposes an integrated model for the empirical exami- nation of the users' behavioral intentions for using EFS. The results show that perceived behavior control most significantly affects the end users' intentions for the EFS usage. In addition, users' overall satisfactions, specifically those explained by ease of use of the EFS also influence their intention to adopt the EFS. Discussions and policy recommendations for promoting the EFS are provided according to the empirical results.
