Robert Branche
"Coming in" est mon deuxième roman et le premier à fort contenu autobiographique. Il tourne autour de cette question : si, jour après jour, volontairement ou involontairement, on a cimenté une identité et une image tricheuse tant pour soi-même que pour les autres, comment fait-on quand on se réveille en se découvrant autre ? Comment faire face à cet Alien qui a grandi et vous dévore de l’intérieur ?
Mon premier roman, "Double J" a été publié en 2012.
En 2016, j'ai publié un essai politique, "2017 : Le réveil citoyen", qui est tout à la fois un appel à une prise de conscience, une amorce de diagnostic et une proposition de chemin pour agir.
Mes livres précédents portaient sur le management des entreprises et la création de la valeur dans la durée dans un monde incertain et chaotique : "Neuromanagement" (2008), "les Mers de l'incertitude" (2010), "Les Radeaux de feu" (2013).
En dehors de mes activités d'écrivain, je suis conseil depuis 1988, spécialisé dans l'accompagnement des équipes de direction dans la définition et la mise en œuvre de stratégies innovantes en univers incertain.
Fin 2013, je me suis engagé au sein de Nous Citoyens, dont j'ai été Vice-Président jusqu'à janvier 2016.
J'ai commencé ma carrière comme haut fonctionnaire, notamment comme Commissaire à l'industrialisation des régions de Haute et Basse Normandie, puis au marketing de L'Oréal avant de m'orienter vers le conseil.
Je suis ancien élève de l'École Polytechnique (1974) et de l'École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (1979).

Doit-on, au contraire, renforcer la discipline autour d'un objectif fort et fédérateur, derrière un leader charismatique ? Mais comment dans ce cas résister au gros temps et adapter son cap aux changements conjoncturels ?

• Penser à partir du futur : on ne peut pas, en effet, comprendre vers quoi coule un fleuve en regardant les méandres de son cours.
• Choisir sa mer une fois pour toutes : L'Oréal n'en a jamais fini de viser la beauté, ni Google l'information ou Nestlé l'alimentation.
• Rechercher la facilité : sans l'appui de la pente naturelle du terrain, il est impossible de progresser dans la bonne direction au milieu des tempêtes, déluges ou sécheresses.
Comme un fleuve impassible, l'entreprise tire ainsi parti des accidents du terrain pour gagner en force et résistance au fur et à mesure qu'elle progresse vers sa mer.
A partir de cette hypothèse novatrice, Robert Branche propose une approche nouvelle du pilotage de l'entreprise : Neuromanagement ou comment manager en s'appuyant sur les processus non conscients.
Le corps social de l'entreprise d'aujourd'hui s'apparente en effet au corps humain : mémoire, réflexes, émotions relèvent autant des personnes morales que des individus.
