Through the Literature Review, there were three main areas that are important to Supplier Development, namely Supplier Performance, Financial Management and Organisational Management. Focusing on the Organisation against a Proactive Approach around Supplier Development can considerably enhance a Supply Chain efficiency, by recognising processes and a Supply Chain which drives value and provides additional feedback through the internal stakeholders, by therefore reducing uncertainty and developing trust, commitment and transparency in a substantially growing parts of more Organisations.
