    Introduction: Uremic pruritus is an unpleasant sensation that has been recognized as a frequent complication in patients with chronic kidney disease. This study was undertaken to determine the effect of topical applications for reducing pruritus.Methods: A systematic review was conducted by searching Science Direct, Scopus and Google Scholar to create an integrative 12 articles review focusing on a 10 year period from 2009 to 2018. The language used was English and the studies focused on pruritus, itching, hydration, chronic kidney disease and where the patient did not undergo a kidney transplant.     Introduction: Cancer diagnosis can have a profound negative impact on the health-related quality of life (HRQoL) of cancer patients. Cancer patients also suffer from psychological pressures including sadness, depression, hopelessness, anxiety and worry. The literature review was employed to determine the effects of depression on health-related quality of life (HRQoL) in cancer patients.Methods: A systematic review was conducted by searching the Science Direct, Scopus and Google Scholar databases. The integrative review of the 10 articles was focused on the 10 years period from 2008 to 2018.     BACKGROUND: Diabetic foot ulcers (DFU) caused physical and psychosocial problems and the risk of amputations and death. AIM: The aim of the study was to overview the feelings of diabetes mellitus patients with DFU. METHODS: A phenomenological qualitative study design was undertaken from January to April 2020. A total of 25 patients with DFU were determined through the purposive sampling technique. The study was conducted among the patients undertaking home-based wound care in Bojonegoro, Indonesia. The proposed discussion guidelines were used to collect the data through in-depth interviews. Colaizzi’s technique was used to analyze the data and it was managed by NVIVO. RESULTS: We emerged two themes: Psychological and physiological response of patients with DFU and coping mechanisms in caring DFU. The purpose of this study was to explore  the perceptions of diabetics about prevention of diabetic wounds in  patients. This study design used a qualitative research with phenomenology approach. Data collection used in-depth interview method that involving five participants. The results of this study got 18 themes with a large theme, that is hoping to be able for carry out prevention activities properly so that injuries do not occur.     Hipertensi menjadi masalah pada lanjut usia karena ditemukan dan menjadi faktor utama payah jantung dan penyakit jantung koroner (Nugroho , 2008). Akibat dari proses menua, pembuluh darah menjadi kaku dan menyebabkan dinding ventrikel kiri berkurang elastisnya, akibatnya kenaikan tekanan darah terjadi secara progresif (Azizah, 2011). Hipertensi yang dialami oleh lansia di Desa Prambatan Kec. Balen kabupaten Bojonegoro semakin meningkat karena selama ini penanganan hipertensi hanya diberikan terapi farmakologi saja.
