Rudy D Fecteau
I began studies of botanical material from archaeological sites forty-six years ago. I have completed over 330 site reports that include analysis of charred, wet and dry botanical material from environmental, pre-contact, and Euro-Canadian from sites in Ontario, seven provinces in Canada and sites in New York State and the State of Ohio. I have developed an educational outreach program for both general public and First Nation groups. In 2018 I was appointed 'Visiting Scientist' in the Palaeoethnobotany Lab, Department of Archaeology at McMaster University, Hamilton, Ontario and recently was appointed Research Associate and Senior Archaeologist at Archaeological Research Associates in Kitchener, Ontario.
