This study aims at determining the relationship between organizational democracy perceptions, org... more This study aims at determining the relationship between organizational democracy perceptions, organizational psychological capital levels of workers, the direction and had higher degree. %63.6 of the participants were nurses while %36.4 were physicians. %70.2 of the participants were married, %44.6 were working on the present workplace and %42.7 of them were experienced more than 10 years. According to the study results, organizational democracy perceptions of the physicians are higher than nurses', married workers' psychological capital levels are higher than singles' and psychological capital levels of workers increase as they get older and get experienced. The study results show that there is statistically significant relationship between organizational democracy perception and organizational psychological capital. Relationships were determined between all manners of organizational democracy with " Participation-Criticism, Transparency and Accountability " dimensions and organizational psychological capital and all of its dimensions. ___________________________________________________________________________
