Method: The study comprises of positivism research philosophy and the research approach being used is the deductive approach. The data is collected through 100 participants through the convenience sampling method. The research design is quantitative, and the primary method collects the data. Findings: The data is analysed through the SPSS tool, and the analysis is conducted from descriptive, regression and correlation. The research includes identifying the correlation of the variables and how they have affected individuals during Covid-19. It was highlighted through the data analysis and hypotheses process regarding the significance of the variables. The purpose of determining the significance of the variables is to determine their correlation and how each of them has an impact on the other variable. The study comprises two independent and two dependent variables, which are incorporated.

Aim: The main aim of the study is to analyse the trio among millennial, the use of technology and the contemporary HR engagement practices. Methodology: The research has adopted quantitative method where data has been collected by using survey questionnaire. The sample size of 250 respondents has been used for collecting information through survey. SPSS tool has been used where correlation, regression and descriptive analyses have been conducted for analysis. Results: Coefficients of motivation, values, use of technology were also found to be highly associated HR engagement practices, with coefficients of 9.9380, 0.8260, and 9895 respectively. All the four variables have been found to have a p-value of <0.05, indicative that working behaviour, motivation, values, and use of technology has a high significant relationship with HR engagement practices with negligible probability of such an association occurring at random. It was found that use of technology is highly impactful with all the independent variables except for working behaviour. Conclusion: Through statistical analysis, it was found that all the three variables have significant impact on HR practices; hence the entire formed hypotheses were found to be correct. Recommendations: It has been recommended that the use of technology should be the main focus of the organisations today due to the nature of millennial of being tech-savvy. Hence, they should be further motivated to put their efforts into proposing more advanced HR engagement practices in the firm.

The study also aims to identify the effect of economies of scale as the mediating factor between frugal innovation and MNEs. Method/design: The study is based on a primary quantitative method in which the responses of 200 participants were collected through a survey questionnaire on a 5-point Likert scale. Findings: Statistical analysis showed a high correlation between the affordability of frugal innovation and the dependent variable of social entrepreneurship of MNEs in developing countries. However, the quality of products has an insignificant impact on the social entrepreneurship of MNEs in developing countries. Moreover, research has found a strong relationship between the mediating factor of economies of scale and the relationship between affordability and social entrepreneurship of MNEs in developing countries. Future implications: The current research would also help guide future researchers in conducting studies on other developing countries like Iran and Peru, and researchers can consider other independent variables of frugal innovation.

Method/design: The research was based on a primary quantitative methodology in which responses were gathered from 100 participants through a 5-point Likert scale. Statistical tests of correlation analysis and mediation (regression) analysis were conducted. Findings: Statistical tests showed that the relationship between a leader's emotional management skills and employee work performance is positive but only moderate, according to the correlation study. In contrast, there is a strong link between employee perceptions of job characteristics and performance. The second hypothesis that employee perception of job characteristics significantly and positively mediates the association between leaders' emotional management capacity and employee job performance was confirmed by further mediation research. Future implications: Future research could investigate the subfactors of employees' perception of job characteristics. Moreover, the current research will also guide future researchers in conducting a more context-based study on specific organisations or types.

The study found a high association between all ecotourism factors, such as planning, transportation, cultural preservation, and ecological knowledge and attitude of residents, using correlation analysis. Findings: Even though the Thai government has declared a decentralisation policy to support ecotourism since 1998, there are still some areas where tourism activities are being managed in a way that empowers local people, preserves local natural resources and raises environmental awareness among local communities. Local towns in Southern Thailand, like Satun and Plunkett, have made attempts to highlight both the natural beauty and group of islands in natural 'ecotourism' settings. The values of culture protection and ecological awareness, on the other hand, were calculated as-0.366 and-0.136, respectively, indicating that these two factors had an inverse but substantial influence on local community attitudes. Future Implications: Taking into account the study's findings in the form of figures and tables, additional research might be conducted utilising qualitative research methodologies such as interviews to offer in-depth findings and diverse viewpoints on CBET in Thailand. Furthermore, in the future, a stakeholder approach may be used to evaluate the achievement and collaboration of various stakeholders for CBET to achieve sustainable tourism.

Therefore, the main aim of the current study was to analyse the impact of critical infrastructure protection as a distributed security system in computer networks in the context of the banking sector. Method/Design: In the current study primary quantitative research method was used in which information was gathered from 200 participants using a survey questionnaire based on the 5-point Likert scale. For data analysis, descriptive and inferential analysis were used using the statistical software SPSS. Findings: Findings in the regression analysis revealed that assistance in information and security and risk management has a positive and significant influence, whereas risk to control system has a negative and significant influence on the performance of security system in the computer network of the banking sector. Further, the moderating analysis also revealed that assistance in information and security and risk management moderating with the adoption of standardised technologies has a positive effect, and risk to control system moderating with the adoption of standardised technologies has a negative impact on computer networks of the banking sector.

While human resource management is theoretically presented as the centre piece of issues related to employee management, the field of organisational management has become replete with theoretical descriptions. However, there is a dearth of factual understanding of processes that form the edifice of efficacious HR strategies.
