Pharma or medical tourism, a term that also can be used to describe medical outsourcing, is characterized by travel away from one’s home region to procure treatment in another. India is renowned for ancient alternative therapies such as Ayurveda, Yoga and Meditation, and Therapeutic Massage. The Indian medical tourism industry is on its way to become the most preferred destination for medical treatment for people from all around the world. The industry is expected to touch USD 6 billion by the year 2018, growing at a compounded annual rate of 20% between the years 2014 and 2018. Health care has become one of India’s largest sectors - both in terms of revenue and employment. This study is based on the case approach to identify the usefulness of electrical appliances for mankind. Each individual is unique and, therefore, electroceutical devices should also have the patient-specific element for smarter use of the implant. This newly emerging field of electroceuticals needs to be understood keeping in mind the body’s electrical grid and the language of nerve impulses to treat varied diseases and disorders affecting the mankind. It is of case study approach and presented the Indian pharma export advantages, the Government initiatives toward the export market, problems, the recent US trademark legislation issues, and the opportunities in a nutshell. The predicted growth of Indian pharmaceutical market size is US$ 100 billion by 2025, because of spending habit of the customer on health care and their awareness on health insurance. Indian companies have focused on export prospects in both formal and informal markets globally. This approach has made the pharma industry to achieve US$ 45 billion by 2020 and aimed to position as sixth largest market among the world. Keeping the high credibility of serving quality products in the complex market, India has gained a strong reputation among the global place. Materials and methods: This paper focuses on the health startup sector issues in Indian context. Results and discussion: Though there has been many health related programmes launched by the Government and other International organizations we still behind in our objective of achieving health for all. Conclusion: The industry is facing slow growth in the market due to sluggish flow of funds, lot of real time risks and no clear cut supportive regulations from government, reaching doctors through digitized healthcare mode during needy times, non viable business model for revenues, nuisance apps and non availability of right mentors. These combating issues should be properly contained for the long term sustainability.

Micro finance is the process of formation of groups to support the poverty incapacitated people b... more Micro finance is the process of formation of groups to support the poverty incapacitated people by extending money without any collateral security. Micro finance includes savings accounts, insurance products and credit provided to low income unbanked people to increase their economic status in the society. Micro-insurance is a shelter against the hazards of low-income people in exchange of a premium in proportion with the possibility and cost of risk associated. A micro-insurance policy may be a general or a life insurance and done through Non-Government organizations, Self-help groups and Micro-finance institutions. Life Insurance Corporation of India has three micro-insurance products namely, Jeevan Madhu, Jeevan Mangal and Jeevan Deep. The main objective of this study is to find out the need for micro insurance among unbanked people and to find out whether micro insurance helps the unbanked people to enhance their livelihood. Simple random sampling is adopted for the collection of primary information from 150 respondents from Tiruchirapalli town by administering a questionnaire. The data collected were analyzed with the help of statistical tools like Percentage analysis and Chi-square test using SPSS package. The respondents revealed that joining in SHG linked LIC results in the overall socio-economic empowerment in their individual lives. The study concludes that the LIC should create more awareness among unbanked people to improve their standard of living by bringing them under the beneficial umbrella of micro insurance.
