This exchange of information requires the things to be perpetually connected to each other with zero down time. Owing to the parallel pipelined capability of a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) coupled with its low power consumption, FPGA can prove to be an ideal candidate for the connections. This paper proposes the design of a parallel pipelined adder in an FPGA which is the basic arithmetic block required in any device for basic processing tasks.

The main concept of this paper is to generate the electricity to use of solar energy. Since hydroelectricity is the non -conventional source of energy but with the help of solar p-v panels which is the source of conventional source of energy, we can produce the energy throughout the year. We can utilize renewable source of emery for production of electricity. Solar energy is the rich source of energy for production of energy. Solar energy converted to useful energy indirectly via other energy form. There is some limitation to use solar energy as well as sorne advantage of use of solar emery.

Day by day number of transistors and other active and passive elements are drastically growing on VLSI chip. All the processors of the devices adders and multipliers are played an important role. Adder is a striking element for the designing of fast multiplier. Ultimately here need a fast adder for high bit addition. In this paper, the implemented of linear convolution are based on common Boolean logic and baugh multiplier. Proposing common Boolean logic (CBL) adder provides less components, less path delay and better speed compare to other existing CBL adder and other adders. Here we are comparing the linear convolution of different-different word size from other adders. The design and experiment can be done by the aid of Xilinx 6.2i Spartan device family.

The speed enhancement of serial links and the emerging communication technologies has inclined many researchers towards improvement of power and speed specifications. The major building block governing these specifications is the comparator. This paper deals with a new design for comparator with threshold inverter quantization (TIQ) technique. The TIQ technique uses two cascaded CMOS inverters as a voltage comparator. In this design the threshold voltage is used as a reference for comparing the input voltage. The proposed paper introduces TIQ comparator for a flash A/D converter. The TIQ based flash ADC requires 2-1 comparators. The proposed comparator design provides high speed, low power consumption and smaller area. The simulation is performed on Tanner tool with 0.25μm technology.

The purpose of HRM is measuring employee performance and engagement, studying workforce collaboration patterns, analyzing employee churn and turnover and modelling employee lifetime value. The motive of applying HRPA is to optimize performances and produce better return on investment for organizations through decision making based on data collection, HR metrics and predictive models. The paper is divided into three sections to understand the emergence of HR predictive analytics for HRM. Firstly, the paper introduces the concept of HRPA. Secondly, the paper discusses three aspects of HRPA: (a) Need (b) Approach & Application (c) Impact. Lastly, the paper leads to the conclusion on HRPA.

The rails on which the train runs, offer the path for the current to return to the source. Unlike a normal well understood power system, where the earth is not required to carry normal load currents, in traction systems, especially ac railways, earth carries a significant part of normal load currents. Whereas, in case the traction power supply is dc, earth currents have to be minimised as the dc currents have deleterious corrosive effect on the adjacent metal objects. Thus, special measures are required to handle the return currents. Safety issues arise as the rails are with in easy reach of people and unsafe conditions can easily arise if return current caused potential increase is not mitigated. As railway electrification is ramped up in the country and increased participation of industry in these projects being encouraged, ...

The presented work is focused on the content based image data retrieval using the image query inputs. There are two different kinds of input are ordinarily used for image search viz text or images. But the text query can be misguiding the search comes and search process due to the misbranded data or incorrectly tagged data. On the other hand the query by image can be used for accurate data identification by matching the contents of the image query and database images. Therefore the content based image retrieval technique is proffer for study using the image query inputs. The proposed content based image retrieval process recognize to identify the image contents using their valuable features which are extracted from the image. These features are provides the image properties which are used to find similar contents on two different images. Therefore the image contents are evaluated using the edge for shape feature extraction and colour histogram analysis is performed for colour feature evaluation. These features are normalized and stored for extraction of image. Therefore the query image is also extricate for comparison and accurate image extraction. Additionally that features also helps to improve the time and space complexity by diminish the number of comparison during the KNN based images search .The implementation of the proffer technique is performed using MATLAB technology and their performance is evaluated in divergent performance parameters i.e. precision, recall, f-measures, time complexity, and space complexity. The obtained performance of the system present the improved outcomes and accurate image retrieval as described in the query image. Keywords— CBIR, Colour feature, Edge Feature, KNN, Implementation;

However, on the contrary, pseudo winging may occur due to nonneuromuscular cause like osteochondroma. It is a rare case of pseudo winging of scapula due to osteochondroma in a pubescent girl. This article is for knowledge to share the experience of static scapula alata due to osteochondroma. It was managed by excision and confirmed by histopathological study. Patient relieved completely from her complaints.

Materials and Methods: This study was conducted at the Department of Orthopaedics, Hamidia Hospital, Bhopal, for 2 years. After obtaining ethical clearance and consent from the participants, a total of 101 hemophiliac patients were clinically examined, and blood investigations and radiological evaluation were done. Their data were collected using a preformed pro forma. Results: Of the 101 patients, 91 (90.10%) patients had hemophilia A and 10 (9.90%) patients had hemophilia type-B. The mean age of the study population was 20.87 years. Severe (Grade III) hemophilia was more common, with 59.34% cases of hemophilia A and 60% cases of hemophilia B. Fifty-four (53.47%) patients were from rural area. The most common complication was hemarthrosis in 91 patients followed by hemophilic arthropathy in 64 patients, synovitis in 33 patients, and muscle hematoma in 18 patients. Among the 101 patients, 184 joints involved as target joints. Knee joint was the most commonly involved joint (51.09%) followed by elbow (25.54%) and ankle (15.76%). The most common muscle hematoma was psoas muscle hematoma in six (31.58%) patients followed by calf muscle hematoma in four (21.05%) patients. Conclusion: Hemophilia A is most common type causing bleeding in the knee joint and produces arthropathy. It needs prompt factor infusion and physiotherapy to reduce complications.

An on-farm trial was carried out in which 80 cows having reproductive disorders were allotted to 4 groups with 20 animals — G1 (control); G2 20 an oestrous heifers supplemented with area specific mineral mixture (ASMM) @ 50 g/day/animal (ANH); G3, 20 anoestrous cows supplemented with ASMM @ 50 g/day/animal (ANC); and G4, 20 repeat breeding cows supplemented with ASMM @ 50 g/day/animal (RBC). In cows, the mean serum Ca and P levels were lower while the mean Zn, Cu, Mn and Fe were higher than critical level. At the end of experimental feeding, the body weights, metabolic body weights, dry matter intake per kg metabolic body weight, DCP and TDN intake of the animals did not differ significantly. The overall serum mineral levels and biochemical values increased significantly in supplemented group than in un-supplemented group. The percentage conception was 5, 40, 40 and 35 in G1, G2, G3 and G4 groups, respectively. Services per conception were significantly lower in the mineral supplemented group than control. Similarly the post-partum oestrous was significantly lower in G2 and G3 cows compared to control animals. Thus the reproductive performance improved due to supplementation of area specific mineral mixture.
