Data yang digunakan adalah data Tracer Study alumni angkatan 2002-2012. Dari data tersebut, diambil beberapa faktor yang diduga mempengaruhi waktu tunggu kerja yang menjadi variabel independen yaitu jenis kelamin dengan kategori laki-laki dan perempuan; lama studi dengan kategori tepat waktu dan tidak tepat waktu; Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) dengan kategori baik, amat baik, dan cumlaude; kompetensi alumni yang terdiri atas bahasa inggris, keterampilan komputer, kemampuan berkomunikasi, berpikir kritis, kepemimpinan, kemampuan dalam memegang tanggung jawab; loyalitas dengan kategori sangat rendah, rendah, cukup tinggi, tinggi dan sangat tinggi. In this paper, we consider a compressible fluid model of the Korteweg type on general domains in ... more In this paper, we consider a compressible fluid model of the Korteweg type on general domains in the N-dimensional Euclidean space for N≥2. The Korteweg-type model is employed to describe fluid capillarity effects or liquid–vapor two-phase flows with phase transition as a diffuse interface model. In the Korteweg-type model, the stress tensor is given by the sum of the standard viscous stress tensor and the so-called Korteweg stress tensor, including higher order derivatives of the fluid density. The local existence of strong solutions is proved in an Lp-in-time and Lq-in-space setting, p∈(1,∞) and q∈(N,∞), with additional regularity of the initial density on the basis of maximal regularity for the linearized system.
This research develops a mathematical model of three species of food chains between prey, predato... more This research develops a mathematical model of three species of food chains between prey, predator, and top predator by adding intraspecific competition and harvesting factors. Interaction between prey with predator and interaction between predator with top predator uses the functional response type II. Model formation begins with creating a diagram food chain of three species compartments. Then a nonlinear differential equation system is formed based on the compartment diagram. Based on this system four equilibrium points are obtained. Analysis of local stability at the equilibrium points by linearization shows that there is one unstable equilibrium point and three asymptotic stable local equilibrium points. Numerical simulations at equilibrium points show the same results as the results of the analysis. Proses kompresi merupakan proses mereduksi ukuran suatu data untuk menghasilkan representasi digi... more Proses kompresi merupakan proses mereduksi ukuran suatu data untuk menghasilkan representasi digital yang padat atau mampat, namun tetap dapat mewakili kuantitas informasi yang terkandung pada data tersebut. Pada citra, video, dan suara, kompresi mengarah pada minimalisasi jumlah bit untuk representasi citra digital. Dalam penelitian ini, proses kompresi citra menggunakan dua wavelet yang terkenal, yaitu wavelet Haar dan Daubechies Db4. Citra yang digunakan terbatas hanya citra grayscale berformat .jpg. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan wavelet manakah yang baik dalam kompresi citra. Dari hasil yang didapat, wavelet Haar dan Daubechies Db4 berturut-turut mempunyai nilai RMSE sebesar 6,54 dan 6,5. Sedangkan rasio kompresi untuk wavelet Haar adalah 25%, lebih besar dibanding wavelet Daubchies Db4, yaitu sebesar 22%.
This research was aimed to investigate the characteristics of lactic acid bacteria isolated from ... more This research was aimed to investigate the characteristics of lactic acid bacteria isolated from Dangke waste production, known as whey. Whey obtained from home industry of Dangke in Enrekang City, Enrekang District South Sulawesi. Isolation and characterization of lactic acid bacteria has been conducted in the Laboratory of Microbiology, Department of Biology, Faculty of Science and Technology UIN Alauddin Makassar, take place in January until March 2014. Isolation and characterization of lactic acid bacteria has been conducted in the Laboratory of Microbiology, Department of Biology, Faculty of Science and Technology UIN Alauddin Makassar. From the whey obtained two isolates of lactic acid bacteria, both Gram-positive rod-shaped bacterium was able to grow on medium MRSA, have colonies round shape, flat edge, convex surface and milky white. Based on biochemical tests, both isolates are non-motile and able to fermenting carbohydrates, especially glucose and sucrose. Negative result on the test indole, lysine test, citrate test, urease test is indicated by both isolates. Both Isolate (A1 and A2) showed positive result on the test methyl red, whereas Voges Proskauer test of the both isolates showed negative results as did the catalase test, all isolates could not catalyze H2O2. The difference between the observations results of the characteristics both isolates lies in the carbohydrate lactose and maltose test. In addition, both cell lines also showed differences, isolates A1 rod-shaped isolates shorter than isolates A2.
