Other than that, youth are considered the main agents in upholding the social, economy and politics of a certain nation. Based on a qualitative research using case studies, it has been identified that exposure to volunteerism among youth in Kuala Lumpur has an important role in building ideal youth. Volunteerism also provides a positive value system and noble character to deliver ideal youth models in making the National Youth Development Policy a reality. However, the six respondents between the age of 20 to 36 who were interviewed had their own motivational development when it comes to exposure, involvement and experience in volunteerism. These were based on their own opinions, realization, capability, knowledge and values within them.

However, the reality of the Indonesian state administration shows that there is still disobedience or neglect of the judicial review decision produced by the Constitutional Court. This research is normative legal research using a statutory approach, comparison, and conceptual approach. This study's results indicate a constitutional evil in the form of neglect or disobedience to the decision. In that context, institutiona...

The initial research is founded on a modified version of Vygotsky’s Zone of Proximal Development (ZPD), extended to suit the multi-religious, multi-ethnic Malaysia and Indonesia setting, and here called the Zone of Collaborative Development (ZCD). The young adolescents were randomly selected from different schools to take part in the focus group discussion using Real-Life Moral Dilemma Discussion (Re-LiMDD) as a mode of analysing their moral dilemmas. The research itself trials a process of resolving real-life moral dilemmas in young adolescent’s life. It critically analyses the types of real-life moral dilemmas that they face, the moral choices they make and the moral orientations they use. Analyses show that the moral dilemmas that both Malaysia and the Indonesia young adolescents identified were relational and context depe...
