This research uses the Push-Pull-Mooring Framework to explore the factors influencing smartphone ... more This research uses the Push-Pull-Mooring Framework to explore the factors influencing smartphone users’ switching intentions, whether between levels of smartphone types within the same brand or across different brands. Using online survey data from 141 Generation Z Smartphone users in Jakarta, respondents have been divided into three segments according to the smartphone price. These are Entry-Level, Mid-Range, and High-End. This study uses the data triangulation research method by utilizing WrapPLS 7.0 and Nvivo 12 software. This study found that in every level of the smartphone, the Entry-level, Mid-range, and High-End, the most significant factor for switching intention is the Push factor. Apart from that, the quantitative analysis demonstrates that six other factors cause Smartphone users to change smartphone brands: convenience, features, durability, needs, user experience, and the price of smartphones.

In maintaining and enhancing their performance, they applied various technology applications for developing their employee engagement. More than 70% of firms plan to change to remote work post-COVID-19 pandemic permanently. This study intended to examine the role of digital employee engagement in enhancing organizational performance empirically. This study also aimed to see the relationship between employee empowerment and organizational performance and the mediation effect of digital employee engagement on the relationship between employee empowerment and organizational performance. The study design was quantitative or cross-sectional. The sample size consisted of 196 respondents using probability sampling in collecting data and using SPSS to process the data. The results indicated that employee empowerment had a positive and significant effect on digital employee engagement. The result also showed that employee empowerment had a positive and significant impact on organizational performance. Digital employee engagement had a positive and significant impact on organizational performance. This study showed a partially mediated effect of digital employee engagement on the relationship between employee empowerment and organizational performance.

This study aimed to validate five PMO framework competencies and whether telecommunication sectors have applied these competencies. This study uses in-depth interviews and structured questionnaires to obtain robust validation data from expert PMO Managers. The data was obtained by interviewing five PMO expert respondents from PMOPI (Project Management Professional Indonesia). The raw data were analyzed using NVivo 12 by four certified expert coders. This study found that almost all PMO competencies were applied in the telecommunications industry, with significant results. The survey from the Forbes article says that 56% of Gen Z employees plan to change jobs within the next year. The aim of the research is to see the effect of Job Satisfaction, Positive Organizational Culture, and Meaningful Work on Turnover Intention. A quantitative research model involving 262 Gen Z employees was used to test the research hypothesis. Data analysis was done using the Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) showing the yields that evidently, Job Satisfaction and Positive Organizational Culture have a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention, but Meaningful Work doesn’t have a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention.

Researchers obtained data sources from five members of PMO Professional Indonesia (PMOPI) focused on the financial industry. This study uses a qualitative research approach, collecting the data using structured interviews with selected respondents. Certified experts have validated and calculated the percentage of occurrence of each core competency and the PMO management function. A final analysis of the data is conducted using NVIVO Software. The study has produced a percentage of the emergence of PMO managers’ competencies, especially in the financial industry, to validate the five core competencies from previous studies by specific dimensions.
