A qualitative method was employed to gather participants' information and ideas. Two-main questions and several sub-questions were designed to interview the respondents to address the research issue. Findings suggested that continuing professional development (CPD) is essential for teachers and school leaders to develop their mindsets and growth; moreover, most respondents agreed that CPD is crucial for self-development. However, one respondent felt that the school lacked teacher training. This can be notified that school leaders shall create more CPD activities for improving their colleagues. Moreover, without continuing professional development (CPD), teachers and staff will not become well-educated and knowledgeable human resources. Findings highlighted that students faced many problems during their online classes. However, COVID-19 also provided good opportunities for them such as acquiring new knowledge, get used to online activities that they did not have experienced before, improve self-responsibility and flexibility, and become independent learners; moreover, the result of this study suggested that e-learning also helped the students to save their time, gas and money. They did not have to drive to school; students and teachers stayed home and used the internet wherever it worked. Further study should be conducted in higher education related to e-learning opportunities, and more people should participate in the study.

A qualitative method was employed in the study. There were 6 high school students participating in the interview process. Findings indicated that students encountered lots of problems of elearning such as lack of motivation, internet bandwidth, noise distraction, technical issue, feeling of isolation, financial concern, less concentration, teamwork reduction, relationship difficulty, accessibility and students were passive during online classes. This study also suggested that online learning during the COVID-19 provided both positive and negative experience. However, it was a lot more challenges than opportunities. Further study should investigate the opportunities gained by students and teachers from the COVID-19 pandemic.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many Cambodian schools and universities have been forced to move th... more Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many Cambodian schools and universities have been forced to move their educational activities from face-to-face to online modes. Those universities and schools have been using some online applications like Zoom as their teaching and learning delivery platform. Consequently, there have been challenges to the use of the app. The current study employed a quantitative design, and it was conducted at a Cambodian university with a total of 50 students. The study aimed to investigate those students' attitudes and perceptions toward using the Zoom platform for their online learning. The results showed that the students had negative attitudes toward the use of Zoom as well as low perceptions of using Zoom during the pandemic. Future studies should be conducted with a bigger sample size at other universities across the country. A qualitative study or a mixed-methods design is also recommended. The methodology used in this study was qualitative. Data was collected using Key Informant Interviews (KII) and two focus group discussions. Five participants in the group talks and six in the KII provided the evaluated and analyzed data. Theme-based triangulation and visualization techniques were used to classify and present the collected data. According to the findings, respondents were concerned about how COVID-19's consequences on enterprises, educational institutions, organizations, and individual employee income will affect their ability to operate. Organizations, especially those in educational sectors, have altered work schedules and restrictions, imposed social distancing during the supply of goods and services, and changed workflows.
