To anticipate KKN actions in traffic law enforcement, the Indonesian National Police launched a modern electronic-based policing system, namely E-Policing. To implement the E-Policing system in accordance with its function, the Indonesian Police made a program to realize order for the enforcement of traffic violations on the highway, namely conducting electronic-based crossing or Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement (ETLE). The study's main purpose was to analyze the effect of the implementation of the Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement (ETLE)on the application of E-Policing. This study compared breach data prior to the implementation of the ETLE program, the beginning of the ETLE program, and after a year of the ETLE program running. The results of the implementation of the ETLE program from this study show that with the ETLE program on the Margonda Raya road section of Depok City, the number of traffic violations that have been recorded has increased compared to before the implementation of the ETLE program. Meanwhile, the comparison of the number of traffic violations at the beginning of the ETLE program and after the implementation of this program for one year showed positive results, namely a decrease in the number of violations due to better public awareness to comply with traffic rules. The implementation of the ETLE program is influenced by several factors, including law enforcement, facilities and infrastructure, and community factors.
Mass media reports related to the discourse on adjusting fuel oil (BBM) prices have a tonality of... more Mass media reports related to the discourse on adjusting fuel oil (BBM) prices have a tonality of positive and negative news towards the government. Various media also reported on the discourse on the increase in fuel from different points of view. This research is expected to make an illustration how the tendency of the news media sample towards a government policy. The focus of this study is to analyze the framing of news written by the media on the issue of discourse on the increase in fuel using Robert N. Entman's framing model and using a qualitative approach to be able to find tonality tendencies from 2 online media, namely Kompas.com and Tempo. co. Based on the analysis carried out, it was found that the online media Kompas.com have a positive tone on the issue of increasing fuel prices. This trend can be seen from the content of the news released by Kompas.com conveying more matters related to policies from the government side. Meanwhile, in Tempo. co a negative tone framing result was found Tempo.com displays news content that explains the negative impacts that may be experienced by various sectors if the fuel increase does occur. Based on the analysis of the two media, the author recommends that the mass media always report facts in a balanced, critical manner, but still have the responsibility to always educate the public to be objective about the policy issues that are being raised.

Commuter workers' primary mode of transportation in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area is still do... more Commuter workers' primary mode of transportation in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area is still dominated by private vehicles (73.26 percent). The number of passengers on public transportation is recorded at 26.74 percent. It indicates that public transportation has not fully accommodated commuter activities, even though it has been strategized for an environmentally friendly mode. This paper analyzes the modal shifting of transport from private to public transport and the influencing factors. This research recommends the urgency of urban dwellers to use public transportation. The study used biner logistic regression analysis. The results showed commuter workers in Jakarta Metropolitan Area switched from private vehicles to public transportation. Most commuter workers are more likely to keep using personal vehicles. Factors that affect the willingness not to change modes from private cars to public transportation commuter workers include gender, income, work, Mileage, and travel time.

On one side, it helps many human tasks; on the other hand, the prone wireless medium opens the vulnerable system to be exploited by adversaries. An Intrusion Detection System (IDS) is one method to inspect the network traffic by leveraging state-of-the-art anomaly detection techniques. Deep learning models have been utilized to distinguish the benign and malicious traffic. However, projecting the tabular data into images before the image classification has been the main challenge of leveraging deep learning for IDS purposes. We propose the novel projection of tabular data into 2-coded color mapping for IDS purposes. The proposed method employs a feature selection method to ensure optimal dimensionality. We examined the different number of attribute subsets to obtain the relationship between the attributes. Furthermore, it takes advantage of the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model to classify the Wi-Fi attacks. We evaluate the proposed model using the most common Wi-Fi attacks dataset, Aegean Wi-Fi Intrusion Dataset (AWID2). The proposed method achieved an F1 score of 99.73% and a false positive rate of 0.24%. This study highlights the importance of addressing the mapping procedures from tabular data into grid-based data before deep learning training and validates the effectiveness of CNN to detect multiple types of wireless network attacks. But today, different things happened. When the COVID-19 virus invades the world and been a pandemic ever since March 2020. In DKI Jakarta implementing Large-scale Social Restrictions policy, it directly reduced the people’s mobility, so that the number of Transjakarta users also declined. Transjakarta is a type of Bus Rapid Transit (BRT). This study aims to analyze what supporting facilities are needed to increase Transjakarta users’ confidence in using Transjakarta as a mode of transportation in daily mobility. This study used a quantitative approach. In this study data analysis was performed using the Importance Performance Analysis model. The study results are the COVID-19 pandemic followed by the Large-Scale Social Restriction policy resulted in a significant reduction in the number of Transjakarta passengers, so it is necessary to provision of public supporting facilities needed by Transjakarta passengers when using Transjakarta in daily mobility to stay safe during this pandemic. However, projecting the tabular data into images before the image classification has been the main challenge of leveraging deep learning for IDS purposes. We propose the novel projection of tabular data into 2-coded color mapping for IDS purposes. The proposed method employs a feature selection method to ensure optimal dimensionality. We examined the different number of attribute subsets to obtain the relationship between the attributes. Furthermore, it takes advantage of the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model to classify the Wi-Fi attacks. We evaluate the proposed model using the most common Wi-Fi attacks dataset, Aegean Wi-Fi Intrusion Dataset (AWID2). The proposed method achieved an F1 score of 99.73% and a false positive rate of 0.24%. This study highlights the importance of addressing the mapping procedures from tabular data into grid-based data before deep learning training and validates the effectiveness of CNN to detect multiple types of wireless network attacks. Slum settlements are associated with dense populations, small streets, and disorganized housing structures, and all of which contribute to the high spread of Covid-19. In Depok Village, which is classified as a slum settlement, the number of Covid-19 case is lower than in Mekarsari Village, which is neither slum nor tend to be luxury. But today, different things happened. When the COVID-19 virus invades the world and been a pandemic ever since March 2020. In DKI Jakarta implementing Large-scale Social Restrictions policy, it directly reduced the people’s mobility, so that the number of Transjakarta users also declined. Transjakarta is a type of Bus Rapid Transit (BRT). This study aims to analyze what supporting facilities are needed to increase Transjakarta users’ confidence in using Transjakarta as a mode of transportation in daily mobility. This study used a quantitative approach. In this study data analysis was performed using the Importance Performance Analysis model. The study results are the COVID-19 pandemic followed by the Large-Scale Social Restriction policy resulted in a significant reduction in the number of Transjakarta passengers, so it is necessary to provision of public supporting facilities needed by Transjakarta passengers when using Transjakarta in daily mobility to stay safe during this pandemic.
