The data was collected by the semi structured interview method to suit the requirements of an exploratory and descriptive study. The respondents were in the age group of 20 to 25 years from a reputed private university in NCR involving in total 14 students (equal number of men and women). Thematic analysis was used to identify relevant themes emerging from the interview data. Students themselves expressed that physical exercise is important as it helps them perform better. The finding of the study supports that out of the three factors of theory of planned behaviour, attitude and perceived behavioural control are important factors in one's intention to engage in physical exercise. However, subjective norms were not deemed as relevant as the other two factors.

Previous retrospective studies mainly focused on answering whether radical cystectomy is superior to radiation. Little is known about the disease characteristics and clinical course. Methods: Patients were identified via Geisinger cancer registry from 1991 to 2019, and retrospective chart review was performed through the electronic health records, EPIC. We described patient characteristics and outcomes. OS was measured from time of initial diagnosis to death or last follow up. Kaplan-Meier analyses were done on OS. Results: 50 patients were identified; 7 patients were excluded due lack of information. M: F≈1, 60% patients had pure small cell carcinoma (SCC) histology (≥ 95%), 37% with SCC and urothelial carcinoma mixed histology, MIB-1 index was 80-100%. Median OS for localized disease (IQR) was 22 months (9,73), and 11 months (7,16) for metastatic disease. For localized disease, OS were si...

With the widespread of multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii, the urgency of developing effective therapy options has been emphasized nowadays. Outer membrane vesicles derived from bacteria show potential vaccine effects against bacterial infection in recent study. Our present research is aimed at investigating the mechanisms involved in immune protection of mice after outer membrane vesicle immunization. As our data showed, the outer membrane vesicle from an Acinetobacter baumannii clinical strain could activate bone marrow-derived dendritic cells (BMDCs) to promote Th2 activity together with humoral immune responses to Acinetobacter baumannii-induced sepsis, which might enlighten people to have a better understanding of OMVs’ role as a vaccine to prevent bacterial infections.

It is no longer just an issue for the power generation utility to investigate unusual problems of interruptions between the power system and the customer facilities. In case of power failure the Inverter feeds the required load with automatic change over from mains to proposed Inverter supply, the capacity of the Inverter can be enhanced by using same control circuit and by increasing the ratings of the semiconductor switches and transformer along with the battery and its charger. The same Inverter can be connected to solar panels to convert solar power to electrical power with the same Inverter. In the proposed Inverter a 12V, 100 Ampere hour battery has been used. This thesis presents the design and working of Pulse Width Modulated two level step up Inverter from 12V DC to 230V 50Hz AC. A two level square wave 250VA Inverter is designed, fabr...
