These studies also show that the most of mutilation disabilities are related to musculoskeletal. Obesity, sedentary, lack of proper exercise as well as the risk of some diseases, cause weaken in knee muscles and other difficulties of this hand. As a consequence, the knee muscles can`t apply a mighty torque to accomplish knee motion. The objective of this study is to propose a proper solution to improve the life quality of those who suffer from weak knees.in this study, by investigating the biomechanical behavior of a healthy foot in a normal gait, the indispensable power which can enforce a 50% weak Knee to achieve the same gait can be calculated. To naturalize the mentioned knee, a new control-active orthosis is designed. The proposed design is specified by an electromechanical actuator and an elastic component articulated in a light weight four-bar mechanism. Its mechanical behavior is tested in a simulated walking gait and the optimum value of elastic coefficient is estimated.

These are a new generation of smart materials for fabrication of actuators. IPMC is a layered polymer-metal composite processed using advanced technology. The objective of this project is the production and processing of polypyrrole-gold-polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) composite. The porous PVDF membranes were first sputtered with gold as a conductive layer. The solution of propylene carbonate, pyrrole and lithium triflouromethane sulfonamide salt was employed as an electrolyte for electroplating of poly pyrrole on the gold layer under controlled conditions. The composite layers along with the influence of temperature, current and time of electroplating, electrolyte concentration and thickness of the gold layer on the characteristics of the IPMC were investigated using SEM and FTIR techniques. The results indicated that the thickness of poly pyrrole layer increased with an increase in the thickness of the gold layer and electroplating duration. Meanwhile, the optimum condition of electroplating was obtained in the sample containing 0.1 molar of pyrrole and lithium triflouromethane sulfonamide salt temperature of -25 °C.

In this study, an intelligent system has been designed, built and tested that can control the speed of Automatic transmission cars and by reducing speed in high street traffics and in places that needs to install speed ramps prevent driving at unsafe speed and replaced by installed physical speed ramps in the streets.
by using this new system in a places of speed ramps or places where speed is needed to reduce, speed of vehicle decreases automatically and after passing through the place, the vehicle returns to normal condition with assured speed and speed control is at disposal of the driver.By using this system irreversible loss of life and irreparable costs resulting from unsafe driving speeds can be reduced.
