During my assignment as the Head of the Regulations Department at the BRSA, which happened after gaining extensive experience in audit and regulatory practices related to information systems, the operating principles of digital (branchless) banks and Banking as a Service (BaaS) regulations were implemented.I was appointed as the Vice Chairman of the BRSA at the beginning of 2022 and I resigned from this position and my job at the BRSA voluntarily in January 2023, after 17 years of service. I continue to transfer my knowledge and experience to the finance and fintech sector in order to contribute to my country with new projects which I look forward to implementing.I have a B.Sc degree in Computer Engineering, a B.A degree in Law and also an LL.M degree in Computer and Communications Law.edit
