Salah satu cara untuk bisa meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa adalah guru perlu menerapkan media pembelajaran yang bervariasi dan interaktif berbentuk game atau permainan pada teknologi seperti smartphone ataupun laptop.Untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang menarik terdapat beberapa media pembelajaran yang bisa digunakan, salah satunya adalah game online Wordwall. This research is a descriptive quantitative research which aims to describe the extent to which the effectiveness of principal’s leadership in improving teacher performance. The population in this research were all teachers at SMA Yaspen Tugu Ibu Depok. The sample in this reseach amounted to 32 people. Data collection was done using documentation study, distributing questionnaires regarding the effectiveness of school principal leadership filled in by respondents, and direct interview with teacher and school principal. Data analysis techniques used in this research is descriptive statistic analysis. Indicator used to measure the effectiveness of the principal’s leadership consist of task-oriented leeadership behavior and good relations with subordinates-oriented leadership behavior.
