1. Collection of Health Data: We collect self-reported volunteered ADA accommodation information from registrants through our online registration form or through our customer service team. This health data may include, but is not limited to:

• Nursing mother information
• Guardian or companion information
• Mental health-related information
2. Purpose of Data Collection: The health information shared with us is used solely to assist in meeting ADA accommodations while registrants attend our events.
