Planned maintenance: Student financial aid system unavailable morning of October 22

The Oracle Student Financial Planning (OSFP) system, also known as the Rutgers student financial aid system, will be unavailable on Tuesday, October 22, from approximately 2 a.m. to 6 a.m. due to scheduled maintenance and upgrades.

During this timeframe, administration, students, and parents will not be able to access the financial aid system or perform financial aid-related activities like viewing aid packages, accepting or rejecting loans, or submitting financial aid documents. Additionally, Rutgers staff will not be able to view students’ financial aid information during this planned maintenance window.

IT services unavailable on Oct. 20 due to database maintenance

Due to scheduled maintenance to improve database functionality, a number of IT services will be unavailable or intermittently available on Sunday, October 20, from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. These services include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Financial Holds
  • Student Accounts Receivables (SAR)
  • Online Term Billing (OTB)
  • Web Registration (WebReg)
  • OneStop student lookup application
  • Student Records/Registration
