Among the tests to measure Minimal Residual Disease (MRD), one of the most commonly used is flow cytometry. Nowadays, there is no consensus about optimal time for measurement and the threshold above which has greater prognostic value in AML, as well as its involvement in therapeutic management. Material and methods: We performed a single-center retrospective analysis of 62 patients diagnosed with AML between 2015 and 2019 that reached complete remission after first induction. Patients were stratified according to the European Leukemia Net (ELN) risk classification. MRD measurement was made in bone marrow samples with an 8-color flow cytometer (sensitivity 10-5), cut-off 0.1%. Al margen un sello con el Escudo Nacional, que dice: Estados Unidos Mexicanos.-Presidencia de la República. FELIPE DE JESÚS CALDERÓN HINOJOSA, Presidente de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, en ejercicio de la facultad que me confiere el artículo 89, fracción I, de la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, y con fundamento en los artículos 3o. de la propia Constitución Política; 3, fracción I, 17 Bis, 27, 28, 31, 32, 37, 38, 40, 45, 48 y 49 de la Ley Orgánica de la Administración Pública Federal; 14 y 15 de la Ley Federal de las Entidades Paraestatales, y 7, 8, 9, 10, 32, 33, fracciones IV y VII, 35, 39, 43, 44 y 45 de la Ley General de Educación, y CONSIDERANDO Que el artículo 3o. de la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, consagra como derecho fundamental que todo individuo tiene derecho a recibir educación. El Estado-federación, estados, Distrito Federal y municipios-, impartirá educación preescolar, primaria y secundaria, niveles que conforman la educación básica obligatoria; Que la Ley General de Educación, establece en su artículo 32, que se tomarán medidas tendientes a establecer condiciones que permitan el ejercicio pleno del derecho a la educación de cada individuo, una mayor equidad educativa, así como el logro de la efectiva igualdad en oportunidades de acceso y permanencia en los servicios educativos. Dichas medidas estarán dirigidas de manera preferente a los grupos y regiones con mayor rezago educativo o que enfrenten condiciones económicas y sociales de desventaja; Que la mencionada Ley dispone en su artículo 43 que la educación para adultos está destinada a individuos de quince años o más que no hayan cursado o concluido la educación primaria y secundaria; y que se presta a través de servicios de alfabetización, educación primaria y secundaria, así como de formación para el trabajo, con las particularidades adecuadas a dicha población. Esta educación se apoyará en la participación y la solidaridad social; Que el artículo 33, fracción IV, de la Ley General de Educación establece que las autoridades educativas, en el ámbito de su competencia, prestarán servicios educativos para atender a quienes abandonaron el sistema regular y se encuentran en rezago educativo para que concluyan la educación básica, y el artículo 35 de la misma Ley prevé que la Secretaría de Educación Pública, en el ejercicio de su función compensatoria para abatir el rezago educativo, podrá impartir de manera concurrente educación básica y normal en las entidades federativas; Que por Decreto presidencial expedido el 28 de agosto de 1981 y publicado en el Diario Oficial de la Federación el 31 de ese mismo mes y año, con el objeto de promover, organizar e impartir educación para adultos, se creó el Instituto Nacional para la Educación de los Adultos como organismo descentralizado de la Administración Pública Federal, con personalidad jurídica y patrimonio propios; Que por Acuerdo presidencial expedido el 20 de febrero de 2002 y publicado en el Diario Oficial de la Federación el 22 del mismo mes y año, se creó la Comisión Intersecretarial de carácter permanente, denominada Consejo Nacional de Educación para la Vida y el Trabajo, como órgano colegiado de asesoría, apoyo técnico y de coordinación para articular las acciones que garanticen educación para la vida y el trabajo, con el objeto de coordinar, promover, vincular e impulsar los programas, mecanismos y servicios de educación para la vida y el trabajo de jóvenes y adultos, con la finalidad de conformar un sistema nacional solidario que consolide y fortalezca la unidad de la función social educativa en todo el país y facilite a estos mexicanos el acceso a procesos continuos de aprendizaje a lo largo de toda su vida. En dicho Acuerdo se estableció que el Consejo será presidido por el Director General del Instituto Nacional para la Educación de los Adultos; Que por Acuerdo Secretarial número 363, publicado en el Diario Oficial de la Federación el 25 de julio de 2005, se estableció el Modelo de Educación para la Vida y el Trabajo, el cual señala como propósito fundamental el ofrecer a las personas jóvenes y adultas, de 15 años o más, opciones educativas vinculadas con sus necesidades e intereses, orientadas a desarrollar sus competencias para desenvolverse en mejores condiciones en su vida personal, familiar, laboral y social. En este Modelo se determinó asimismo atender a niños y jóvenes de 10 a 14 años que no hayan iniciado o concluido su educación básica y que se encuentren fuera del sistema regular, tarea en la que ha coadyuvado el Instituto Nacional para la Educación de los Adultos;
