Refund policy

Items in new, unopened condition may be exchanged within 14 days of original purchase with receipt. Items that are opened, unsealed, and/or not in their original packaging are not eligible for exchange.

Items not eligible for exchange include:

Soaps
Salves
Items that are opened, unsealed, and/or not in their original packaging

Customers who receive a defective item may request a refund.

If your item was shipped to you, shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Due to the digital nature of gift cards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on gift cards.
