This paper attempts to re-read the archaic human history from philosophical anthropological point of view by interpreting the most important historical texts in their original language as the expressions of constituting the idea of “self”, between the ideas of “universe” and “God-state”. The idea of “universe” is defined as the external intention of mind (soul) that deals with the problem of truth and science, and “God-state” as the internal one that deals with the problem of freedom and morality. The totality of these aspects of mind historically creates the idea of “self” as an art. This inner-outer movement is a kind of Hegelian dialectics but has been articulated in the role of “Transzendentale Apperzeption” in Kant’s ideas of pure reason: Universe, Soul and God. PLATON Melis ŞENSÖZ ÖZET Bu makalede Platon'un siyasetten doğan sorunu ontoloji, epistemoloji, etik ve siyaset felsefeleri ele alınarak işlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Öncelikle varlığın ne olmadığı tartışması hem Platon'un kendi felsefesi hem felsefesinin babası olarak gördüğü Parmenides'in felsefesi hem de kendinden önceki tüm felsefe tarihi eleştirilerek yapılmıştır. Daha sonrasında varlığın ne olduğu açıklanmıştır. Platon'un felsefesinde varlık ve bilgi birbirleriyle iç içedir. Yine ilk olarak bilginin ne olmadığı tartışması yapılmış, bilginin ne olduğuna dair Antik Yunan'daki yaygın inançlar eleştirilmiş ve çürütülmüştür. Varlığı açıklamak için kullanılan "bölünmüş çizgi benzetmesi" bilgiyi açıklamak için de kullanılmıştır. Sonrasında erdemin ne olduğu tartışmasına geçilmiştir ve dört tür erdemden bahsedilmiştir. Erdemin öğrenci ve öğretmenlerini ararken ulaşılan sonuç itibariyle erdemin tanımı değiştirilmiştir. Son olarak ise filozof-kralın genelin yararına yasalar yapması ve yalan söyleyerek halkı kandırması üzerinden erdemli bir yaşamın, dolayısıyla iyi bir yaşamın imkânı açıklanmıştır. ABSTRACT In this article, Plato's problem arising from politics is tried to be dealt with by addressing ontology, epistemology, ethical and political philosophies. First of all, the discussion of what being is not was made by criticizing Plato's philosophy, the philosophy of Parmenides, whom he saw as the father of his philosophy, and all the history of philosophy before him. Then it was explained what the being is. Being and knowledge are intertwined with each other in Plato's philosophy. Still, first of all, the discussion of what knowledge is not was made, and the common beliefs about what knowledge was in Ancient Greece were criticized and refuted. "Analogy of the divided line" used to explain being is also used to explain knowledge. Afterward, the discussion of what virtue is started, and four types of virtues were mentioned. As a result of the search for students and teachers of virtue, the definition of virtue has been changed. Finally, the possibility of a virtuous life and therefore a good life was explained by the philosopher-kings making laws for the benefit of the general and deceiving the people by telling lies.

ÖZET
Tanınma kuramı, karşılıklılık ilişkisinin kurucu bir öge olarak politika felsefesinin temeline oturtulduğu bir kuramdır. İnsanı merkeze koyan düşüncenin aksine insanlar arası ilişkiyi temele oturtmak oldukça dönüştürücü bir etkiye sebep olmuştur. Bu çalışmada tanınma kuramının hem tarihsel hem de çağdaş uğraklarına değinilmektedir. Tanınma kuramı, dört ana başlık altında incelenmektedir. İlk olarak kabul görme mücadelesinin tarihsel izleklerine bakılmaktadır. Çalışmanın ilk bölümünde tanınma, kabul görme olarak ele alınmaktadır. Bu başlık altında ilk olarak Antik Yunan dünyasında Dionysosçuluk kültü işlenmiştir. Sonrasında Sophokles’in Antigone tragedyasından Polyneikes’in cenazesi bağlamında bir kabul görme tartışması yürütülmektedir. Platon felsefesindeki kabul görme düşüncesi ise Francis Fukuyama’nın Platon yorumu üzerinden açıklanmaktadır. Platon’un Devlet diyaloğundaki Gyges’in yüzüğü miti, insanın ahlaki görünürlüğünü tartışmaya olanak sağlamaktadır. Daha sonrasında Thomas Hobbes’un toplumsal onur arzusundan bahsedilmiş ve son olarak Jean-Jacques Rousseau’nun amour propre kavramı kabul görme bağlamında işlenmiştir. Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel felsefesinde “tanınma” çok temel bir noktada durup tüm felsefesine sirayet ettiği için iki bölümde açıklamak daha uygun görülmüştür. Öncelikle özbilincin kurulumu bağlamında tanınma ele alınmıştır. İlk olarak Hegel’in Jena dönemi eserlerinde tanınmayı nasıl kurduğu ve oluşacak olan tanınma kuramının temellerini nasıl attığı incelenmiştir. Sonrasında bilinç-özbilinç ayrımı yapılmıştır. Bu bağlamda Hegel’in Rene Descartes ve Immanuel Kant’ı özneyi kurmaları bakımından eleştirilerine yer verilmiştir. Son olarak ise köle-efendi diyalektiği işlenmiş ve kölenin ideolojilerine değinilmiştir. Üçüncü bölüm ise Hegel’in hukuk felsefesindeki tanınma kuramına yöneliktir. Öncelikle Hegel’in doğal hukukçulara eleştirisi ele alınmıştır. Sonrasında soyut hak ve aşamaları, ardından ise törellik aşamalarındaki tanınma süreçleri işlenmiştir. Çalışmanın son bölümü ise Hegel yorumcusu olan Axel Honneth’e ayrılmıştır. Öncelikle Honneth’in Hegelci tanınma kuramına yorumu işlenmiş, sonrasında tanınmayı nasıl kurduğuna değinilmiştir.

ABSTRACT
Recognition theory is a theory in which the reciprocity relationship is based on political philosophy as a founding element. Contrary to the thought that puts people in the center, putting the relationship between people on the basis has had a very transformative effect. In this study, both historical and contemporary moments of recognition theory are mentioned. Recognition theory is examined under four main headings. Firstly, the historical traces of the struggle for acceptance are examined. In the first part of the study, recognition is considered as acceptance.
Firstly, under this title, the cult of Dionysianism was handled in the Ancient Greek world. Afterwards, a discussion of acceptance is carried out in the context of the funeral of Polyneices from Sophocles' tragedy Antigone. The idea of acceptance in Plato's philosophy is explained through Fukuyama's interpretation of Plato. The myth of the ring of Gyges in Plato's Republic dialogue makes it possible to discuss the moral visibility of human. Later, Hobbes' desire for social honor is mentioned and finally Rousseau's concept of amour propre is processed in the context of acceptance. Since "recognition" in Hegel's philosophy stands at a very basic point and spreads to his whole philosophy, it is more appropriate to explain it in two parts. First of all, recognition is discussed in the context of the establishment of selfconsciousness. First of all, how Hegel established recognition in the works of the Jena period and how he laid the foundations of the recognition theory that would emerge was examined. Afterwards, the distinction between consciousness and selfconsciousness was made. In this context, Hegel's criticisms of Descartes and Kant in terms of establishing the subject are included. Finally, the slave-master dialectic has been studied and the ideologies of the slave have been mentioned. The third part is about the recognition theory in Hegel's philosophy of law. First of all, Hegel's critique of natural lawyers is discussed. Afterwards, the abstract rights and stages, and then the recognition processes in the ethical life stages are discussed. The last part of the study is devoted to Honneth, who is the interpreter of Hegel. First of all, Honneth's interpretation of the Hegelian recognition theory is processed, and then how he establishes recognition is mentioned.

Öz: Bu makalede Louis Althusser’in felsefesi bağlamında ideolojilerin kurucu kategorisi olan özne kategorisinden bahsedilmiştir. Althusser’e göre öznesiz bir ideolojiden bahsetmek söz konusu değildir. Bu sebepten Althusser’in ideolojisini anlamak için özne kategorisi açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu bağlamda öznenin tanınma süreci, öznesiz bir süreç olarak tarih ve dolayısıyla hümanizm sorunundan bahsedilmeye çalışılmıştır. Marx’ın epistemolojik kopuşu gerçekleştirdiğine değinilerek ideoloji ve bilim arasındaki farklılık incelenmiştir. Epistemolojik kopuş, bilim ve ideoloji arasındaki ilişki için anahtar bir kavram olarak iş gördüğü gibi Feuerbach'ı hümanizm ve Kant-Fichte etkisindeki idealizm veya tarihselcilik gibi felsefi-ideolojik yönelimlerden kopuşu açıklamada katkı sağlayacaktır. Ayrıca Althusser’in hümanizm eleştirisi, öznesiz tarih anlayışıyla birlikte ele alınarak tartışılmıştır. Althusser’de Marksizm’in “anti-hümanist” niteliği onun gerçek kategorileri olan materyalizm ve diyalektik çerçevesinde ortaya konur. Tüm bunlar bağlamında Althusser’de ideoloji ve özne sorununun temelde Marksizm’i çeşitli türden hümanist yönelimlerden arındırma çabası olduğuna işaret edilmiştir. Bu bakımdan, Marksizm bir yandan politik bir doktrin, bir analiz ve eylem yöntemi öte yandan ise bilim olarak hem toplumlarla çeşitli insan bilimlerinin gelişimi hem de doğa bilimleri ve felsefe için gerekli temel bir araştırmanın teorik alanı olur.

The Problem Of Ideology And The Subject In Louis Althusser
Abstract: In this article, the category of subject, which is the founding category of ideologies, is mentioned in the context of Louis Althusser's philosophy. According to Althusser, it is not possible to talk about an ideology without a subject. For this reason, the subject category has been tried to be explained in order to understand Althusser's ideology. In this context, it has been tried to talk about the process of recognition of the subject, history as a process without a subject, and therefore the problem of humanism. Mentioning that Marx made the epistemological break, the difference between ideology and science was examined. Epistemological break serves as a key concept for the relationship between science and ideology, and will contribute to explaining the break from philosophical-ideological orientations such as Feuerbach's humanism and idealism or historicism under the influence of Kant-Fichte. In addition, Althusser's criticism of humanism was discussed together with his understanding of subjectless history. In Althusser, the "anti-humanist" character of Marxism is revealed within the framework of its real categories: materialism and dialectics. In the context of all this, it has been pointed out that the problem of ideology and subject in Althusser is basically an effort to purify Marxism from various kinds of humanist tendencies. In this respect, Marxism, on the one hand, is a political doctrine, a method of analysis and action, and on the other hand, as a science, it becomes a theoretical field of fundamental research necessary for both the development of societies and various human sciences, as well as for natural sciences and philosophy.

Öz: Immanuel Kant’ın Ahlak Metafiziğinin Temellendirilmesi eseri temel alınarak kurduğu a priori ahlak teorisi ve Ebedi Barış Üzerine Felsefi Bir Deneme eseri temel alınarak evrensellik iddiası eleştirilecektir. Öncelikle Thomas Hobbes ve Kant felsefeleri arasındaki doğa durumu ve barışı tesis etme fikirlerinin ortaklığı üzerinde durulacak, ardından bu iki kuramı ayıracak olan evrensel ahlaka geçiş yapılacaktır. Sonrasında Kant’ın evrensel ahlak yasası açıklanacak ve eleştirilecektir. Kant’ın Aydınlanma Nedir? Sorusuna Bir Yanıt adlı makalesi üzerinden evrensel aydınlanmaya giden yoldaki engellerin temizlenmesi fikrinin nasıl sonuçlar ortaya çıkardığına değinilecektir. Kant’ın insan anlayışı ve dolayısıyla Yeni Kantçıların “insan hakları” ifadesine dair sıkıntıları ele alınacaktır. Sonrasında Kant’ın oluşturmuş olduğu teorik zemini takip eden ve kendi teorisi ile pratiğe uyarlama çabasında olan Jürgen Habermas’ın tanık olduğu savaşlara dair tutumu tartışılacaktır. Evrensel bir ahlak teorisinin çağa yansımaları üzerinde durulacaktır. Habermas’ın günümüzde devam eden İsrail – Filistin savaşına dair “haklı bir savaş olduğu” açıklaması üzerinden Kantçı perspektifin dünyaya ve özellikle Avrupa’ya nasıl sirayet ettiği açıklanacaktır.

Abstract: Immanuel Kant’s a priori theory of morality based on Groundwork of the Metaphysics of Morals and the claim of universality will be criticized based on Toward Perpetual Peace: A Philosophical Sketch. First of all, the commonality of the state of nature and the ideas of establishing peace between the philosophies of Thomas Hobbes and Kant will be emphasized, and then the transition will be made to universal morality, which will separate these two theories. Afterwards, Kant’s universal moral law will be explained and criticized. Through Kant’s article An Answer to the Question: What is Enlightenment? it will be discussed what kind of results the idea of clearing the obstacles on the way to universal enlightenment produces. Kant’s definition of human and therefore the New Kantians’ difficulties with the expression “human rights” will be discussed. Afterwards, Jürgen Habermas’s attitude towards the wars he witnessed, who followed the theoretical basis created by Kant and tried to adapt his own theory to practice, will be discussed. Emphasis will be placed on the contemporary reflections of a universal moral theory. It will be explained how the Kantian perspective has spread to the world, and especially to Europe, through Habermas’s statement that the ongoing Israeli – Palestinian war “is a just war”.

ÖZET
Timaios diyalogu, genellikle Platon’un kozmolojik ve teolojik bir metni olarak ele alınır. Metin ilk bakışta evrenin ve insanın kökeni sorununu Tanrı’nın mahiyeti çerçevesinde ele alan bir diyalog olmasına karşın temelde etik-politik değerlerin kozmik bir anlatıya ve Tanrı’nın varlık ve niteliğine dayanılarak savunulmasını içerir. Bununla birlikte Platon’un metafizik sisteminde insan-polis-kozmos birbirinden kopmaz bir şekilde bağlantılı bir duruma sahiptir. Bundan ötürüdür ki Timaios diyalogu etik-politikanın kozmoloji ve teolojiyle iç içe geçtiği bir metindir. Bizim göstermek istediğimiz evrenin kuruluş sürecinin nasılından ziyade bu anlatının ‘niçin’i ve kozmostaki düzenliliğin ereği ile Platoncu etik-politik kavrayışın kopmaz ilişkisidir.

ABSTRACT
Timaios dialogue is usually considered as a cosmological and theological text of Plato. At first glance, the text seems to handle the problem of the origin of human being and the universe within the framework of the nature of God, but it essentially contains the defense of the ethical and the political values that are based on a cosmic narrative and the existence and the nature of God. In addition to this, human-polis-cosmos are inseparably linked to each other in Plato’s metaphysics. For this reason, Timaios dialogue is a text that ethics and politics are interwoven with cosmology and theology. What we would like to do is to point out the inseparable relationship of the Platonic ethics-politics with thetelos of orderly cosmos; and that the Platonic narrative relies on the question of ‘how’ the universe was created instead of ‘why’ it was created.
