Gabriel (Hebraice גַּבְרִיאֵל Gaḇrīʾēl 'Deus mea fortitudo'[1]) in religionibus Abrahamicis est archangelus qui primum in bibliis Hebraicis traditionis Iudaicae describitur. In religione Christiana, nuntius graviditatis virginis Mariae et itaque partus Iesu est, qui in septentrionibus throni Dei stat.
