LABURPENA: “Acebedora joateko A-4334 errepidea zabalagotu, hobetu eta indartzeko eraikitze-proiektuaren” obrak kontrolatzeko lanetan, (2000an egin zirelarik), premiazko arkeologia-indusketa bat egin zen Acebedoko San Roke parrokia-elizaren inguruan. Horren ondorioz, Erdi Aroko eta Aro Modernoko nekropoliaren zati bat agertu zen. Artikulu honetan, esku-hartze horren emaitzak eta ondoren egindako azterketa osagarriak biltzen dira. SUMMARY: During control tasks on the works of the “Road A-4334 to Acebedo’s widening, improvement and reinforcement construction project”, developed in 2000, an urgent archaeological excavation was carried out in the surroundings of San Roque de Acebedo’s parish church. This brought out a part of its necropolis, of medieval and modern periods. This article is about the results of that action, as well as the complementary studies done afterwards.

Abstract In this article, we present a technological approach of the ceramic assemblage of El Sequero, two pit-houses dated on 9 th century BC. The assemblage shows similar characteristics to typical pottery in the Late Bronze Age in the middle Ebro Valley: the common form is a carinated vessel with opened neck meanwhile common decoration patterns are decorated cordons, furrowed, incised and excised. The petrographic analysis of ceramic thin section has shown two different fabrics. These show the coexistence of two 'ways of doing' about the raw procurement and clay recipe. Comparison between fabrics from El Sequero with other archaeological sites of closed regions, like Basque Country and Aragonese region, evince different technological tradition in the Late Bronze Age and Early Iron Age in the upper and middle Ebro Valley.
