The analytical and descriptive method was used for this research work. The study made use of relevant materials as books, articles and journals, as well as the internet sources. The book under consideration is also reviewed and relevant information was extracted.
The findings of the research revealed that: when ministers and ministries effectively make use of the internet in ministering to the youth there will be fruitful result in their lives. It was also discovered that internet can be used to reach many number youths in the contemporary time than in the past decades.
It was recommended that Internet and ICT related training should become a core part of the curriculum in Baptist seminaries and colleges of theology where pastors are trained; ministries and ministers should realise that times are fast changing and that most people have changed their means of accessing information and majority now use the Internet for communication; also, with the dawn of the pandemic that seems to plague the world, the need for pastors and gospel ministers to be orientated about the use of Internet and ICT gadgets is expedient. Baptist pastors should be encouraged to buy personal computers and use it in their studies and teaching through provision of finances to finance the purchase by churches. This will make them discover some technicalities on the usage and application in dissemination of the gospel of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Finally, Churches and Pastors should make sure that the content they post on their Web pages and cable network are constantly improved, repackaged, replaced and edited to give spice and variety to readers who access them.
Findings from this study revealed that training of pastors in using the Internet to disseminate information in their ministries has significant impact on their ministries. Another significant finding of the study is that church members that have been using the Internet want their pastors to be using the Internet to disseminate information in their ministries. Therefore, it was recommended that every stakeholder in the dissemination of the gospel should see the Internet as a new veritable means of disseminating the gospel and other useful information, and be ready to make use of it effectively, and that every pastor should be trained formally or informally on how to use the Internet to disseminate information in his or her ministries.

Some available documents were also used in analysing the collected data.
Findings from this study revealed that Baptist churches in Ogbomoso land are responding to some extent to transforming the lives of the migrated displaced Boko Haram victims in the area. Another significant finding of the study is that in spite of the fact that the churches are faced with many constraints and challenges in their responses to the plights of the displaced persons, there are some other ways that the churches can more effectively respond to transforming the lives of these migrated displaced Boko Haram victims in the area. Through the study, it was also revealed that there are little or no documented records to authenticate the efforts of these churches in responding to transforming the lives of the migrated displaced Boko Haram victims in the area.
Therefore, it was recommended that Baptist churches in Ogbomoso land and other faith-based organizations should intensify their efforts in responding to transforming the lives of displaced Boko Haram victims in the area, and they should start having documented records for these efforts.

“This is a historical pictorial booklet of fine and insightful presentation, worthy of its place on the library. It is an enthralling and captivating compilation, which contributes significantly to our understanding of aspects of Nigerian Baptist history, through the lenses of its apex leadership, many of whom might be appropriately tagged among the heroes of the Baptist faith in the country.” - S. Ademola Ajayi, PhD Professor of History, University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Nigeria.
The book explains the history and foundation of WhatsApp Messenger as the author takes us on his ten-year journey on this subject. Furthermore, the book helps us to know what WhatsApp Messenger can do and how one can use it. This is a very important part of the book as the author takes time to explain in detail the features of the app and some basic rules for WhatsApp groups. This book is a must read! The book also shows us how to use WhatsApp Messenger in Christian ministries in this changing world. The author highlights the disadvantages and limitations of WhatsApp Messenger. He also gives some warnings that will prevent people not to fall into errors or make mistakes that can be costly.
I recommend this book to everyone, and especially pastors of the Nigerian Baptist Convention so as to be able to effectively use WhatsApp Messenger to enhance their Christian ministries. I also suggest that this book should be used in small groups as training manual.

There have been many ways of communication in Africa that contributed positively to the peaceful coexistence of people before the arrival of the Internet and social media as new means of communication. While these new means of communication have contributed immensely to the peaceful coexistence of people in the continent, they have also had adverse effects on the peaceful coexistence of people. This paper aims to critically review some of the effects of social media as it affects the peaceful coexistence of African people, especially those in Nigeria. The theoretical framework for this paper is based on Media Ecology Theory. It has been discovered that social media has both positive and negative impacts on the peaceful coexistence of African people. Since social media has become a significant factor in people’s relationships, it is concluded that people should embrace the usage of social media and learn how to use it responsibly to promote peaceful coexistence and reduce societal conflicts.
