(Green Myanmar Dragon Company Limited, 2015) The research is focused on Sales and Production of GMD within three years from 2012 to 2014. Sales and Production has emphasized over middle-scale level production of Shwe Wah and Carbolic soap and small-medium enterprise level production of Ice Mountain Purified Drinking Water. Shwe Wah and Carbolic soap are incorporated with Ministry of Industry I. From 2012 to 2014, Production have increased for sales of soaps. However, due to the fierce competition, the sales have inconsistent growth – which is up and down between increase in sales and decrease in sales accordingly. Hence, the sales profit margin is very narrow. The price of soap and the profits heavily dependent on the raw materials of soap origins. In late 2014 and early 2015, the raw materials – the oils needed to manufacture the soap have decreased. Thus, it leads to lower the price of the soap. It is easy to penetrate market with lower pricing, increased production, more distribution channels and increase in quality of products. Quality Management Principles are – Leadership, Customer Focus, People Management (Employee Relations), Strategic Planning, Information & Analysis (Benchmarking), and Process Management. Organizational Performance are measured based on Productivity and Profitability. The aim of this study is to figure out which variables in quality management practices have impacts on the indicators of organizational performance. Ice Mountain Myanmar was founded since 2013. Ice Mountain uses volume-based pricing strategy in penetrating the market – Ice Mountain’s products are quality-oriented, and reasonably cheaper. Ice Mountain mainly produced Purified Drinking Water in three sizes in four varieties. They are 0.6L, 1L, 20L Transparent, 20L affordable. Ice Mountain uses high-quality machines in purification of water. Ice Mountain uses step-by-step filter process such as – Ozonation, Reverse Osmosis, Ultraviolet and 5-steps ceramic filters.

Quality Management Principles are - Leadership, People Management, Customer Focus, Strategic Planning, Information & Analysis (benchmarking) and Process Management. An Organizational Performance is measured in Productivity and Profitability. In this research, 100 samples were taken out to use random sampling method to ask to fill questionnaire. After the data has been carried out, the data are used and analyzed using SPSS (IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0). After the data are analyzed and drawn, deductive reasoning is carried out. From the analysis, it is found that the three factors that have impacts on productivity are leadership, People Management and Process Management. Leadership is 90% significantly associated with Productivity, whereas People Management and Process Management are 99% significantly associated with Productivity. It is also found that only Process Management have influence on Profitability. No other factors apart from Process Management have impacts on Profitability. However, Process Management is 99% significantly associated with Profitability.
