The article is devoted to defining of the main point and the importance of positioning of comprehensive schools. Efficient ways of positioning at market of educational services with the help of Internet technologies are detected such as the creation of the school's official website, the use of social networks and blogs.

The paper is devoted to analysis of students' behavior during selection of studying courses. Three clusters of specialties were determined. The largest third cluster of specialties is related to information technologies and entrepreneurship. Most students of the cluster preferred rather economical courses than humanitarian ones.

The article deals with the problem of youth socio-cultural communication in the information era. In the article the modern vectors of development of sociocultural communication conditioned by the current postmodern society were analyzed. In this paper the university library's impact on student's informational culture development is observed. The relevant methods and forms used extensively by university libraries to increase user's information culture are outlined. Formation of a search image of the document into electronic library catalog is made through analytic-synthetic processing of documents. As s result it creates a bibliographic record which contains the following search features: author of a document, title, classification code, subject heading, keyword, summary, abstract and etc.

Аbstract. The article is revealing a history of formation of Côte-d'Or archives and characterizing its archival collections. There are unique documents in a possession of the archive such as antiqued charters, stamps, conventual and judicial documents of Medieval time authorities. The volume of documents gathered during 1940-2000 aggregates 6 km (3.6 miles) of bookshelves. Many documents are available in digital format.

Against the background of problems of archival education in Ukraine, we have raised the issue about the possibility of using diplomatic methods to critics of electronic records, and therefore, the expanding the range of research tasks of Diplomatics, the establishment of E-diplomatics.

The origins of e-government initiative in France date back to late 1998, when initiative PAGSI was launched. The article deals with normative , legal and document regulations of the fair trade on the Right-Bank Ukraine in the second half of the 19th – early 20th centuries. The public authorities' documents that regulated trade in cities, towns and villages of the Kyiv, Podil and Volhynia provinces have been revealed. Identified are the types of documents, peculiarities of their composition, record cards formation, and the structures of the main requisites. Determined is the procedure of fairs opening, the dates and places the fairs were held. Displayed are the authorities entitled to perform all these operations.
