It is cool season crop of India and also plays major role in Indian crops. It is a rabbi season crop and it’s sowing begins from October to November mid in plains. To remove the peas from pedals, more labor and time is used to be consumed. To overcome the problem of labor and time, machine is designed for maximum removal of pea seeds from pea pods without using electricity. It is operated by treadle mechanism. This machine is fabricated by keeping in view for farmers, small scale industries and for that low cost material available in market was used. Treadle mechanism, roller gears, shaft,tray, hand pulley, are the major components of this machine. Principle of this Depoding of green peas is based on the friction generated between the two rollers and pea pods.

These belts are typically supported by three conveyor rollers, or idlers, positioned at intervals as close as three linear feet. One roller is horizontal and other two are positioned on either side, at an angle necessary to carry the burden. Depending on the specific application, they operate above and underground and may extend for many miles over mountainous terrain, roads and streams. There may be as many as 10,500 bearings and bearing protection devices on the conveyor rollers per mile of run. They are most often used in industrial applications to move materials around a manufacturing facility or warehouse. In this paper a review concerning practical applications for mobile robotic platforms based on special wheels (in this case, omnidirectional wheel) is presented. The paper also consists of detailed review on design, construction, manufacturing and simulation of AGV. It includes programming for Arduino mega 2560 with Adafruit motor shield to run each omni wheel individually with help of DC geared motor. Mobile robots equipped with four omni wheels have the omnidirectional property, which means, they have the ability to move instantaneously in any direction from any configuration. So in this respect our paper discusses about a new type of automated drive using mecanum wheel that will bring upon a revolution in the emerging market of AGV‟s, parking system and some practical industrial application. This paper introduces an omni-directional drive composed of mecanum wheel. The term „omni-directional‟ is used to describe the ability of a system to move instantaneously in any direction from any configuration. We have fabricated mecanum wheels using rollers. These rollers are made up of rubber polymer named Delrin and aluminum is used for hub. An automated prototype of mecanum drive is developed using mecanum wheels for material handling.
