1. Definisi Tuberkulosis merupakan infeksi yang disebabkan oleh Mycobacterium tuberculosis yang dapat menyerang pada berbagai organ tubuh mulai dari paru dan organ di luar paruseperti kulit, tulang, persendian, selaput otak, usus serta ginjal yang sering disebut dengan ekstrapulmonal TBC (Chandra,2012). Tuberculosis (TBC) adalah infeksius kronik yang biasanya mengenai paruparu yang disebabkan oleh Mycobacterium Tuberculosis. Bakteri ini ditularkan oleh droplet nucleus, droplet yang ditularkan melalui udara dihasilkan ketika orang terinfeksi batuk, bersin, berbicara atau bernyanyi (Priscilla, 2012). 2. Etiologi Tuberkulosis merupakan penyakit infeksi yang disebabkan oleh Mycobacterium tuberculosis yang merupakan kuman berbentuk batang yang berukuran dengan panjang 1-4 mm dan dengan tebal 0,3-0,6 mm. sebagian besar komponen M. tuberculosis adalah berupa lemak atau lipid sehingga kuman mampu tahan terhadap asam serta sangat tahan dengan zat kimia dan factor fisik. Mikroorganisme ini adalah bersifat aerob yaitu menyukai daerah yang banyak oksigen. Oleh karena itu, M. tuberculosis senang tinggal di daerah apeks paru-paru 10 yang dimana terdapat kandungan oksigen yang tinggi. Daerah tersebut menjadi daerah yang kondusif untuk penyakit Tuberkulosis (Somantri, 2008). 3. Manifestasi Klinis Gejala klinik Tuberkulosis paru dapat dibagi menjadi 2 golongan yaitu gejala respiratorik dan gejala sistemik : a. Gejala Respiratorik, meliputi : 1) Batuk Gejala batuk timbul paling dini dan gejala ini banyak ditemukan. Batuk terjadi karena adanya iritasi pada bronkus. Batuk ini diperlukan untuk membuang produk-produk radang keluar. Sifat batuk dimulai dari batuk kering (non produktif) kemudian setelah timbul peradangan kemudian menjadi produktif (menghasilkan sputum) ini terjadi lebih dari 3 minggu. Introduction: The rate of exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia is still low. Internal and external factors mother can cause a low rate of exclusive breastfeeding. This also happens because of the belief and traditional factors that can inhibit exclusive breastfeeding for babies. This study aimed to analyze the correlation of psychological factors, family support, and socio-culture with the behaviour of Madurese ethnic mothers in exclusive breastfeeding.Methods: This study used descriptive-analytical with a cross-sectional approach. The research sample collected 100 respondents with nonprobability sampling method is purposive sampling.Results: There was a moderate correlation between family support (p= 0.000; r = 0.373) and socio-culture (p= 0.000; r = 0.396) with the behaviour of Madurese ethnic mothers in exclusive breastfeeding.
