Zeynep Mennan
Zeynep Mennan is an architect, theorist and design critic. She has researched, published and lectured in leading conferences and institutions in Europe, USA and Australia, and held a research appointment at UCLA as a Fulbright fellow. In 2003, she has co-curated the “Non Standard Architectures” exhibition at the Centre Georges Pompidou, Paris and co-edited the exhibition catalog. Her fields of interest include the epistemology and aesthetics of computational design, gestalt theory and formal research. At METU, she is teaching the architectural design studio as well as graduate and doctoral courses in architectural theory, research, epistemology and computational design theory.
