Order cancellation

All orders placed on meubon.com can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, kindly contact us and we will cancel and refund you

Refunds
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.

If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support via phone, email or live chat and we will do our best to help you out!

Meubon will be also be responsible for paying return shipping costs when customers purchase the wrong product, it doesn't fit or they no longer want the item

We do not issue the refund if:
your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

*You can submit refund requests within 30 days after the delivery date of the item purchased. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

It can take up to 9 days to receive the returned items. Once the item is received, you will receive the refund back into the original payment method in 5 days
